Horrible customer service. I waited for 10+ minutes to pick up my to go order before an employee approached to help me. Multiple employees saw I was sitting in their pick up order area and didn’t even want to help.

Food was pretty good. I had the French dip and a Razzle smoothie. One of the workers, McKinney, was so nice though! She was so helpful and sweet to me and helped me figure out the menu, as it was my first time there. I’m big about customer service so this is now a go to place for me when she works.

Walked in with a big track group 40 minutes before closing. They made our sandwiches/orders wicked fast. The staff showed no signs of annoyance for us coming in later. Food tasted excellent, especially the cracked sandwich, which was their special for the season.

Food was great! My wife and I both ordered salads. They gave great portion sizes. The regular salad was larger than I thought it would be. Price was reasonable. Friendly/helpful service.
They surprised us halfway through our meal and gave us a large free loaf of fresh baked bread. It was awesome!

Very disappointed with my chicken noodle SOUP! If I wanted plain chicken broth I would have taken it out of my fridge and EATEN that! Most expensive chicken broth I’ve ever bought!

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Avocado on Focaccia sandwich ! I noticed black stuff on the sandwich, and it was because the avocado that they put on my sandwich was bad. You can clearly tell and they still decided to put it on the sandwich so disappointed! Literally had to remove all the avocado from the sandwich!
