They don’t list prices on there drive through and still want you to order. I give 1 stars to companies that purposely hide information the customer needs to know.
Making the customer ask for the price of each food item is lazy at best, manipulative and greedy at worst.

Waited in the drive through for about almost 20 minutes. Took my money and forgot about me. Asked for my soup to be bagged separately and they did not. Now my soups have combined together in the BAG. Ordered a smoothie as well and was completely MELTED when it was given to me. The girl that took my order seemed to be annoyed with ME. Sorry for being an inconvenience for supporting your business! That should have definitely warranted for refund or AT LEAST a coupon. Worst location.

I absolutely love the food here but today as I was doing an uber pick up there was a girl making food with blue in her hair that was making another customers order. She was wearing black gloves and moved her hair out of her face and proceeded to continue making the customers food without changing her gloves. I understand wearing a hat like she was but maybe she shouldn’t have her hair hanging in her face out of her ponytail, or she should be wearing a hairnet. She needs to be talked to about not touching her hair and touching customers food afterwards.
I love Kneaders food but we were second in line in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes before we ordered. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what because people were working, but nobody even came to the register to take orders for 20 minutes. We had about 25 people in line behind us. Food then took 30 minutes to just get soup.

Something absolutely needs to change. Paper bowls for hot liquid soup?! They never last 10 minutes! This has happened multiple times before. The bowls are soggy and flimsy. Tied in a bag and half of the soup is all over inside the bag.
