30 plus minutes of waiting for 2 pizzas at the drive through on a slow night is a joke.

I bought my order online twice and they couldn't find it. But today I asked for the customer service number and it was wrong. My pizza was cold and I spoke to the manager and I spoke calmly but there was another customer and he started telling me things and I was paying for a service that was a pizza with a cheese crust, mushrooms and ham that is not cheap and the least I expect is to eat my pizza hot. The manager Nate took great care of me and I appreciate his patience since it is not his fault but the store's system. I hope they fix the system. I hope this doesn't happen again because I love AI pizza

I placed a mobile order for food they had hot and ready, and instead of giving me the already prepared food, they had me wait for my order to be made from scratch 25-30 minutes. When I requested that they just gave me the ones that were ready, they were absolutely baffled at the request, they couldn’t understand how that would work out.

Tried to order online for pickup because they usually make you wait awhile. Put all the information in right and checked it several times but it kept on coming up with errors, ended up getting pizza somewhere that was easier and faster. Fix your ordering.

Ordered at the drive thru and was given a 15-20 minutes estimate. Ended up having to go in to get my food after 35 minutes of waiting. We were only waiting on one item. Haven’t been here in a year and now I remember why.

I love coming to Little Caesars. The food is reasonably priced and I love going through the drive through. I came through on New Year's Eve and the staff was very polite and quick with my order. I used to work in the food industry, and I worked a lot of holidays. I know how hard it can be to paint a smile on your face when you'd rather be somewhere else. But thanks for maintaining great customer service through the holiday!

There are plenty of people in the store, but I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to help me up front. Multiple of the workers even MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME and proceeded to walk away. they were not busy at ALL and no one else was waiting up front or in line. this is ridiculous.

During the rush it's pretty busy the diner rush from 5-7 it would be better to order and pick up.

Something has changed in the past year, taste wise it got spongy and un eatable at this point.

Employee's treat door dashers and people with online orders like they don't Matter. They will ignore you until they feel they need to put their phone down. Then when you get sick of waiting for them to talk to you. Then get their attention, they give you an attitude like you are bugging them. The last time I order online from them or even order from this establishment again. Horrible customer service. Done with rude people!

Im really surprised by our pizzas tonight. Ive never had this happen before.
Super thick "crust" on the cheese, also heavily sauced and thin at the middle and cheese on only a half of the pepperoni.
I would have happily waited for quality over these slapdashed pizzas.

Soggy pizza, they seem to be in a rush to get pizzas in their warmers they don't let them cook all the way.
