If you want teenagers yelling at you, come here. There was a lady in front of me who didn’t get syrup and she asked for it. For whatever reason the teens and early 20s in the back didn’t want to and told her to “be nicer” and the lady COULD NOT HAVE BEEN KINDER. If the lady was mean, I would have called her out on it, but WHOA!! I have NEVER seen this kind of situation.

Went to this location today (07/10/25) and EVERYONE was unpleasant to work with, I ordered large meals, paid for my food, and they gave me mediums, I told them TWICE when ordering I wanted large and the girl handing out the food was just so unpleasant with and ugly attitude, so then I asked if my other food I ordered was correct and she gave me horrible attitude with an ugly look, so I double checked and sure enough they still gave me medium meals, and refused to fix my order. If these employees hate their jobs that much they should absolutely quit and work somewhere else. I hate going to this location because of the way the employees treat people. I always try to avoid this location because anytime I do go, it’s awful. I’ve been told by managers that they don’t care and refuse to help me when the employees are being unprofessional or rude

The service at this McDonald's was an absolute joke. Upon approaching the counter, instead of being greeted by an employee ready to take my order, I was met with the bizarre sight of a staff member quite literally sprawled out asleep on the very counter where food is presumably prepared. This wasn't a quick nod-off; this was a full-blown slumber. I stood there for what felt like an eternity before another, clearly flustered, employee noticed my presence. The entire experience reeked of unprofessionalism and left me questioning the overall hygiene and management of this establishment. Avoid at all costs if you're actually looking to, you know, order food.
Messed up on my food. This was my replacement. And it took so long I didn’t get a lunch so there’s that🤦🏻♀️

I am absolutely horrified by what happened. I ordered fries, expecting the usual McDonald’s experience — and instead, I found a wad of CHEWED GUM hidden among them. CHEWED. GUM.
This is beyond disgusting — it’s a complete violation of basic food safety and human decency. I felt physically sick the moment I realized what I had just touched — I can’t even imagine what would have happened if I hadn’t noticed and accidentally eaten it.
It’s clear no one in this location cares about hygiene, customer safety, or even common sense. How does something like this even happen unless the staff is outright careless or malicious? Absolutely unacceptable.
McDonald’s should be ashamed that this location is allowed to operate under its name. I will be contacting corporate, local health inspectors, and anyone else who needs to hear about this. No one should ever have to experience what I did.
Avoid this place like your health depends on it — because it does.

If you have to have McD's, it's worth it to drive a couple of miles north to the other Logan location. The one on S. Hwy 89 has a slower drive-thru, less pleasant drive-thru personnel, and messed up my order.
