They remodeled the restaurant and once again took away the drink machine like the other mcdonalds in Logan. It's so stupid and the staff are never around and purposely avoid you. So it's impossible to get a refill and/or any other items from the cashier station. Very annoying!

yesterday had a bad experience then today i went again to this store and asked for extra pickles on my cheeseburgers then when i opened my sandwich’s , there were 0 pickles on every one of them. the employees all don’t seem to care about good customer service.

there is a manager here named Luicien. He was helping me at the window when I got my food and was handed the completely wrong order. Then they proceeded to hand me another order and it was still the incorrect items and then once I got my right items none of them were playing I asked and he was extremely rude super sassy if you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t work your job just because you’re in a bad mood that day doesn’t mean you should take it out on customers that come almost every day

Seriously????? Crappy attitudes y’all look and act like you’re miserable and hate your job. As a general manager of a fast food I would never appreciate my employees acting that way to the point they couldn’t make the coffees right and mix them thanks for everything at the bottom of my coffee! South McDonalds sucks at making coffee but at least they mix it! And I wasn’t even comfortable enough to ask the employee to mix it because he was not approachable. He seemed very pissed off. This was between 7:45-8am this morning on 2/16.

I don’t even know why we bother going to McDonalds anymore. At this point, any issue we have should be blamed on us for continuing to trust that a fast food restaurant can get our order right.

Why should I have to ask for my food to be hot? Why do we never get napkins? Why do some locations charge for sauce and others don’t?

It’s pathetic.
