This is my 5th time going to this specific location and them claiming they don't have any change. So if you don't have anything smaller than a $20 your out of luck. Waited for ever because they only had 1 lane open and when I get to the window they tell me they can't break a $50 because it was too early. I asked if my food was free then because ummm why is it my fault a multi billion company doesn't have change right? But no... My $8 dollars was too much for them and told me they couldn't just give it to me lol. If your manager doesn't want or have time to break a bill just saw that instead of giving excuses. Most of the time managers and employees are rude anyway. I recommend going to the other one across town if you have the time. They always seem to be in a good mood and have change. 😁

The three kids meal cheeseburgers were like burnt hockey pucks. So sad that they don’t give a damn about food quality anymore…won’t go back there.

My wife ordered a big Mac and I ordered a double big Mac and the one with the lable saying it was a double was almost half the size as a normal big Mac and quite a bit more expensive. Fries were soggy and bland. Not going n g back to this location.

Went yesterday around 11 Am asked for the #9 and a Dr Pepper it took them 30 minutes to get me my food and when I got it, it was the wrong order I got a quarter pounder I’m assuming from the box and coke. Everyone except for the lady who took my payment had some sort of attitude also will personally never go to this location again. One star only for the lady who took my payment.

Every time I go to McDonald’s south I’m missing one or two items!
It's honestly frustrating how bad the employees are trained. They NEVER get modifications correct. Add mayo to a chicken sandwich? Too hard. No lettuce on a Big Mac? Too hard. Extra salty fries? Too hard. No ice in drink? You guessed it, it's too hard. Just got a delivery from them and none of the modifications were done on top of the food being so cold and obviously old despite the driver delivering quite quick.

Everything i ordered was wrong . I got a diet coke and it was a regular coke which is very dangerous as i can not consume sugar. The meal ordered was thrown in the bag . Im talking fries in the bag all over not in the container anf nuggets supper cold .

The last few times I’ve been here my order has been wrong, but tonight was especially bad. My Big Mac was quite literally 3 buns, 2 patties, and 1 slice of cheese. I didn’t order it in any special way and I did NOT ask for anything to removed. This was an absolute waste of money!
