Attempted to eat at Morty’s as it’s been a long time family favorite. We joined the drive through line with 2 cars in front of us, after over 45 minutes there was still one car in front of us and we had to just leave the line. While I understand the food is made fresh and it isn’t a fast food chain, this time seemed very excessive for after 7pm on a weeknight. Normally the food is great but I would say don’t plan on your visit here being timely.

Stood in line for 30 before ordering. Waited 20 minutes for my food, and when they finally brought out my food, it was a bag that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes with another group's order. A burger and fries should not take 50 minutes

Morty’s is a must when you’re in Logan. The burgers are good sized, delicious and perfectly cooked. The fries are great and we ALWAYS get the scone fries. They are little slices of heaven. We always eat up on the second floor balcony where you have amazing views. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Stopped by for some lunch and was greeted by the meanest cashier I've ever seen. He was extremely rude with me when I placed my order. He demanded my name by simpy yelling "name!?". I told him and he then turned the iPad around, literally slams it on the counter, and says "tap here!". To which he sighed loudly and turned away towards the back. After ordering I went to sit outside. Out of curiosity I asked some guys sitting next to me if they had a similar experience with the cashier. They responded that they had and one mentioned that the cashier had been extremely rude and near berated the guy for asking questions about their burgers. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and it was alright. Certainly not $15 levels of good (yep, 15 bucks after tax and that was without any sides or drinks). I would consider going back to try other items, if it weren't for my experience there. On top of the overpriced food. You'd think a restaurant on a college campus would provide more reasonably priced food in comparison to the rest of Logan to attract more students like myself.

This is just about the only burger place on campus so i find myself here more often than i should. The burgers are underwhelming and overpriced. I go back hoping for something different every time but receive the most under seasoned plain burger EVERY TIME. Doesn’t matter what burger you get, all of them need more seasoning or something. I don’t get the hype. Fries are solid.

I was there for lunch with my work team, and the Hawaiian burger was so messy, it spilled all over my clothes, and the cheese, was ice cold. I think that the hamburger patties were cooked a head of time. The sweet potato fries are the best in the valley!
