Got 2 easy sandwiches for take out, they currently have no meat inside no horseradish. This is the last time we are going to this establishment after multiple mistakes. Everything is circled. My mistake though, for thinking it would be right in the bag.

I have come to Grist Mill for many years. I have always loved their sandwiches. I prefer them over Subway because they put adequate meat on their sandwiches. However, today my experience was not good. Not only was there only one slice of meat but they piled all the vegetables all in the middle of the sandwich. I had to take it apart and spread out myself. I only gave as many stars because previous experiences have been good, otherwise, they would've gotten 2 stars. And I waited 10 min for one sandwich when there was no one in front of me. When going up to the counter to see what was going on(the workers were all huddled together talking) it was ready and sitting there--they had just failed to call my name.

This is the second time they pack the soups on top of each other and they have gone through the bag and ripped and made a mess. I warned them about this. I had to make a second trip to get replacement food. The service sucks! These kids are not trained for customer service. No apologies or refunds. Going to great harvest from now on. 2/11/25

THis place has gone down hill, not sure what is q=with the new generation not wanting to work, slow, i got a pumkin square, this is the 2nd time, the frosting to cake ratio is way off, when you can see the cake in the top its way to thin, i guess ill be making them at home, to expensive for a pumpkin cake i have to add frosting to

Came here to try out some of the deserts for our wedding, so we decided to get dinner and make it a date. The food is affordable, we compared it to Zupas but at a more affordable price. The deserts however, mainly the brownies were amazing. I would highly recommend the pumpkin chocolate chip brownies!

Great food. However the service could use some help. We ordered two combos and the girl employee refused to give us our drinks and told us we could just pay for drinks when they were included with the combo. I ordered to go and they handed me a tray and when I told them it was to go they rolled their eyes at me.

Long time customer, I’ve been coming here since before it got sold to a new owner. The food is really good, however every time I come in the prices have been raised. I understand keeping up with inflation but inflation has been going down so it seems like price gouging. Just disappointing as the consumer. I’ll probably come a lot less.
workers didn't get my order right. when i asked an associate about it she lied to me. i like this place, but I don't like to be treated like people have a grudge against me when they don't even know me.

I do t know what kind of clown they have decided to hire on the night shift, seems like a bunch of entitled sorority girls to me that would as soon do anything but what they are supposed to while on shift. It’s sad to see, I used to love going there, but after having gone multiple times and been treated as an inconvinience, I’ll never go back there again. Sad day…
