Been going here for over a decade, brought the wife and kids for lunch. They ran out of water cups, I needed one more, she refused to give me a drink cup for water, after spending $50. My wife ponied up $3 for a drink. That’s how this lady/owner treats a regular customer, I’ll now be a forever former customer, I’m so sick of her attitude, it finally outweighed the food. Bye bye.

It needs to be understood that this place genuinely is losing business solely because of the way that the lady at the drive-thru treats customers. There's no excuse for how rude she is every time I come in. And the fact that she still works there despite the fact that not only have I complained about it morris times, but dozens of people have complained about the way she treats people numerous times. It blows my mind because if you go to this location and put an order in and any other time when she's not there, you can ask to have your order Anyway You Want It and the staff are happy and ready and willing to help you and even are excited to help you explore something new and give you recommendations. But if she is on shift it doesn't matter who you are, she will treat you like complete garbage. She will condescend you, she will berate you for making a special request, she will get after you just for asking for water. The woman that is there during the day is honestly one of the most rude cashier's I've ever met. I keep giving this place chance after chance and I need to finally just stop wasting my time and my money because she clearly does not care about giving this business a good name. Clearly does not care about doing a good job or contributing to basic customer service. And the saddest part is I am so kind to her each time, I put on the biggest smile like you have never seen before and she is still unbelievably rude no matter how nice you are to her. I don't know what's going on in her life, but there is no excuse for the way that she treats customers. And if you listen when she's talking to other people at the drive-thru, she's just as rude. It blows my mind that the owner of this location keeps her employed when all she does is damage their business. I try to never recommend that somebody lose their job or be put in a different position, but she is definitely an employee that could certainly be put elsewhere in the business in order to prevent further loss of business. But at this point I am done coming here to get food because of the way that I am consistently treated. There is no reason for the way that she chooses to treat people. There is no excuse for how absurdly rude she is.
Have been craving a good steak breakfast burrito finally decided to stop by after i was recommended by paco's themselves, got two steak breakfast burritos for almost $20 ,unfortunately it was more of a potato burrito little to no steak or eggs.

Considering everything The food and the service really are great. It just feels a little dark and dingy when I go in there and I'm sure it's clean but you can only clean something so many times before It just will always look the way it looks. I know times are tight. Money isn't easy to come by, but even a refresher paint would do wonders in there. But overall the food and service are great.

The lady doesn’t know how to treat customers. She kicked me out because i told her the menu pricing is wrong! It costs more than is advertised and she had the audacity to get mad at me… i was willing to pay the extra 1$ it was and she kicked me out. I’ve been coming for years to this location and always enjoy the food… that’s a crazy way to treat a paying customer trying to correct YOUR mistake. I wasn’t even mad lol i was hungry and said I’m not worried about the dollar but she power tripped out

Man I'm bummed to give a bad review. I ate here almost every other day because I work close. I recently had a chicken chimichanga that I was loving until a completely raw / pink slice of chicken rolled out. It takes a lot of bad quality control for something like that to happen. Please pray for my upcoming bowel journey.
