We have stopped giving our Service to the Logan location. We asked for water and were literally told “No”, no cup of water and no Bottled water. They also have left us completely unattended at their window for 20 minutes, when we were the only customers there! we had to knock on the window, for the young guy to give us the rest of our order.. if you want good food from Pacos Tacos go to Richmond UT.

$6 for a bean and cheese burrito. Great. Until you see the size….oof. The hunt continues.
EDIT: As I was leaving, I saw their slogan “San Diego’s Best Burritos” bahahahahaha I am from San Diego and Paco’s Tacos is far and away the worst San Diego could possibly do.
Food was awsome but customer service has room for improvement

Best food for your money in Logan. Their food is real restaurant level but comes out fast and costs less than $10. Fantastic.

Food was delicious but the lady working the register was very unfriendly. If customer service was better this would be a 5 star review all day long.

The food was great but the lady working in the front was disrespectful and super annoyed. Looking at the reviews it seems like we aren’t the only ones to be treated that way, would recommend letting her go or switching positions.

Well, I called to order a burrito and see what types of meat it had and the lady answered me wrongly that they had many varieties... but she didn't give me the options!

Food was sensational. Lady at the counter taking orders was THE rudest cashier I’ve ever encountered. She acts annoyed that you are there ordering food and requesting green sauce. After the meal, I told her that I felt as if she was giving me attitude and I was met with nothing but primal shrugs and eye rolls. Hopefully management gets rid of her soon, as there have been multiple reports of her abysmal customer service.

Lady at counter was so rude .I don't know why. .. spend $26. For 1 brito and 3 tacos. And i asked for salsa. And she gave me only 2 small packets of salsa and said no more...

Ok food, but nothing I couldn't make myself in about 10 minutes for a quarter of the price. I ordered chilaquiles with red sauce, and got green sauce., and I even ordered in Spanish so, I guess the language barrier isn't a real thing.

I've been to several locations, the last was Richmond Utah, close to the Idaho border.
I've never been disappointed with the prices, service, atmosphere & especially the food. ?
This place has become my new favorite! It's also my kid's favorite & their significant other's.
I took pics, they turned out excellent, just like the food. Hopefully I can post them.
If ya haven't tried this place, I 100% recommend that you do!❤️

I called in an order for pickup. Arrived a little after 8pm, almost 2 hours before closing, to find the dining room was locked. So I went to the drive through, which had several cars in it, to find that the drive through microphone was broken, so everyone had to order at the window. Which means everyone has to order, and then wait for their food to be cooked and given to them before the next person can even order. Which means I’ve been sitting in line for about 20 minutes, as it’s taking 5-10 minutes per car or so. Absolutely terrible experience, and im quite sure my food will be cold when I finally get it (I’m typing my review as I wait in line, I’m being generous and giving 3 stars for the food based on a prior experience). Leave the dining room open, fix your microphone, have people pull up after ordering and run food out to them, etc. There are multiple solutions here, but 5-10 minutes per car is a joke.
