This is now the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The last two times, I placed an online order and received a text saying my food was ready, but when I arrived, I had to wait over 30 minutes and ask twice before my order was finally brought out. It was getting cold on the counter..

Today, I decided to order in person instead, thinking maybe the issue was just with online orders. I was told to wait, which I was fine with—but after waiting about 15 minutes, I noticed my food had been sitting on the counter for another 10 minutes without anyone calling my name. I finally walked up and asked, and the cashier apologized, admitting they forgot about me.

On top of that, my order was incorrect. I didn’t receive my orange chicken small entrée, and my honey walnut shrimp didn’t include any walnuts.

I’m really frustrated because this is the third time in a row that I’ve had a poor experience at this location. I hope management takes this seriously, as I really enjoy the food, but the service has been consistently disappointing.

I am a big fan of panda express and this shop made me hate it just a little bit. I ordered a regular plate and added beef and broccoli which still needed to cook. Within 2 minutes the beef and broccoli came out, however it was as if I was forgotten. With 1 man in the front and 6 in the back, it took 10 minutes to put one scoop of beef and broccoli into my plate. Now normally I would be more understanding, however there was MULTIPLE guys in the back, some not doing anything, AND the 1 man in the front did not know how to talk to customers. To further this, almost all of the employees were not wearing gloves. Not impressed.

Items in my order were forgotten. When I sat down at home with my family and opened the order I noticed. I called the store and they said I could come back and get the ordered eggroll at my convenience. Obviously it’s not convenient to have to go back again, but when I did go back, I indicated that I ordered a specific eggroll And asked if that was the egg I had been provided the staff member lied straight to my face and said yes a chicken eggroll was in the bag. When I got home, of course it was not the egg roll I had ordered but another option. Their food is not healthy, they are bad at customer service, and they lie. The dishonesty when they are questioned by a customer is probably my biggest concern. I will not be going back and I would encourage you not to go either. There are better options in our community that are not national chains siphoning money out of the valley. If unfortunately, you do go, sit down open up your bag and go through it before you leave. Definitely don’t do online ordering or DoorDash where they are 100% going to get it wrong.

The chicken & mushrooms with a side of greens was fresh and light. The manager, David, took time to talk with us. He spoke passionately about Panda Express as a company and an experience.

I don't generally think of Panda Express when I want something on the go, but I can get behind this location after our experience tonight. I'll be back.

It's panda express...but they give you decent food for the cost while a lot of other places inflate prices way too much so at least for the moment they're more favorable than some.

Today we ordered food an hour before they closed, but they told us that two dishes were not there and we had to wait 15 minutes, so we waited to take the food home, horrible, the food was flavorless, I don't know if they make the food so bad or if they cooked it quickly and made it so bad and flavorless, we had planned Panda Express for a party that we are going to have soon, but with today's food, we changed our minds.

Our experience was pretty horrible. We showed up with 45 minutes to spare before my son's basketball game. The line was long, but looking at it I figured it wouldn't be more than 20 minutes long. I was wrong. Very wrong. It took 45 minutes from the time we got in line until we got our food. If they had taken people's orders like they should have the line would have only been a max of 20 minutes, but they literally took a 10 minute break of taking people's orders in the store to fill online orders. Not 1 in store order was filled for those 10 minutes. And then after that, they would take 1 in store order and then fill 3 online orders, making it take ridiculously long for the line to move. If my husband wasn't so adamant about wanting Chinese food I would have walked out. It was ridiculous. I don't think you'll catch me ordering food from this establishment again. They showed that they don't care about their patrons in the store at all. Plus, the nice little cherry on top, they ran out of beef and broccoli right after we ordered, so we had to change our order after we had already ordered. So we waited 45 minutes to order, they didn't have all the food we wanted, and we were 10 minutes late to our son's game because they were incapable of filling both online and in person orders.

Horrible management. She was rude and unfriendly during the entire interaction. She came up to me and interrupted my meal. I’m not sure who does that or thinks that’s acceptable. Stop hiring people who don’t know how to work in customer service and have no social skills. I won’t be returning.

Okay so to be fare. We didn’t even ask for 3 cookies. But like. Come on. It litterally says “specials instructions 3 cookies ” and we got only one cookie😂 I’ve never been impressed with this locations food or service. Providence seems kinder and there food seems like it has more love in it and is better served and cooked. Call me biased🤷🏻‍♀️

This place gets very busy, and online orders don’t seem to be any faster than ordering in person. Expect long wait times during peak hours, no matter how you order.
