Recently went in and it was jam packed. Employees were more concerned with online orders than the customers that actually took the time to visit this establishment. They also tried to put my order on hold stating it wasn’t ready. I pointed out all they needed to do was add the meat to our boxes and it was done. Please put more focus on the customers that visit than online orders. I would have done a survey but the code was cut off on my receipt.

I'm a delivery driver. The store asks us to violate health code and actively sabotages our orders if we refuse. Used to be my favorite Panda but I don't know why anybody would patronize a place that engages in this sort of childish, irresponsible behavior ??♂️

Focused on online orders at the expense of everyone in line in the store. Stood in line for 35 mins. Only 8 people (3 groups) in front of us. Definitely doesn’t make you feel appreciated as a customer when lots of food is being dished in front of you as you watch and are not acknowledged as a customer.

When I went in to use the bathroom it was very disgusting sink and toilet looked Luke they haven't been cleaned in weeks soap dripping from the dispenser, then I go to order I believe it was one of the managers he was very rude and unprofessional.
