You’re telling me I can’t check out on the app without leaving a tip? That is terrible design. I’m picking up a carry out order I should not have to leave a tip. Pay your employees better. You do not “do it better”.

The gm gave us a call he went above and beyond to make this right turns out it actually was a third party's that takes orders, also corporate makes them stop taking orders 1.5 hours before their closing time. The food and service is great very fast and great wings for the price! 28 min before closing after trying to place the order online but I was unable to, I'm not sure if it was the store or a third party who answered but they were super rude, I made sure they weren't closed before calling, they answered claimed that they we're closed, told them it said they were open till midnight the guy said that they weren't taking orders, so I said I'll call someone else, they made an irritated groan(very mature), so I hung up while he continued to speak. Why not have the accurate hours so we don't waste each other's time, anyways gave us an excuse to try wingstop. Looking at them currently while waiting for my wingstop order definitely still making orders.

I love this location. Literally the best pizza and kindest employees! We had such a great experience tonight !
This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered from this location and every time it’s been delivered late. This time was the worst. An hour late. It’s because they forgot to get a doordasher to deliver it. They compensated us by throwing in extra pizza. However, the doordasher put the pizza on our porch without bothering to knock or ring the bell. Once I found the pizza, the wrong ones were delivered, and no extra pizza as compensation. I called the store. They apologized and said they’d refund our money. I contacted the door dasher with the text they sent and explained the situation. They responded and said, “you only ordered 2 pizzas” which I explained that we were suppose to be compensated with the extra pizza. And anyway they’d delivered the wrong pizza. Doordasher just ignored me. Guys… people in the valley are desperate for jobs. I see people posting all the time looking for jobs. Hire a delivery driver! Keep the middle man out of it.
