Awful experience on October 25. I keep getting told theyâre âurgently escalating to upper managementâ but itâs been over a month, I check back in and still nothing. I paid with cash or I wouldâve already done a charge back. It doesnât work to email or do an online follow up because they say only the store management can issue credit or a refund, but come on⊠over a month?
Pizza was really good. However, I live a LONG way from a Pizza Hut, so when I ordered, I requested Pan crust. It's been forever since I we had that classic crust. We received Hand tossed. A little disappointed but still the best. No one out pizza's the Hut.

Not sure what was going on with our pizza but it smelled like blue berry muffins and had very little to no pizza sauce. It was a pepperoni, olive, sausage, mushroom. Frustrated because can't even call the local store to see if there was an actual problem. All contacts go to a call center.

They do there delivering through Door Dash. Good luck getting refunded if your order is wrong. Also the price does not meet the quality.
On Christmas Eve, I put in an order in the morning to pick up at 5 pm that night. I arrived at 5 pm to pick up my pizzas and was there until after 6 pm. No one contacted me to tell me my orders were delayed, so I wasted an hour of family time sitting and waiting for my pizzas. I never received an explanation of why the pizzas were so late, nor did the staff offer any refund or apologetic compensation for being an hour behind. Mine wasn't thr only order that was late, but there were a few orders scheduled later than mine that were fulfilled before mine. If the store is understandably understaffed, especially on Christmas eve, why are they taking too many orders, and why isn't there someone communicating. The only redemption was that the pizzas were well made and tasted great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! they tried scamming me and had to cancel my card 2 times cause i notice fraud once i start going back to this location and noticed they charged me twice also! Got told from a friend he knows some workers their and they love to take debit info and i believe it. They do some pay the remaining scheme dont fall for it please
