They took good care of our party of seven. Food was good. Best falafel I've ever had (including in NYC!) It looks look it's closed from the outside but is inviting on the inside. Their baklava is great!!

I love romo's we have plenty of left overs we got the build your own plate with 2 meats both beef and chicken shawarma both delicious on a bed of rice the rice was on the dry side, still pretty good we also tried their Dubai brownie I never understood the craze but I was hesitant after I had one other dubai brownie before and it wasn't the best this was definitely changed my mind on the dubai chocolate trend I do recommend warming it up it before it was pretty hard until we warmed it up for 10 seconds.

I’ve ordered from Romo’s a few times now, and while the food can be absolutely fantastic when it’s done right, my experiences have been increasingly disappointing.
A few months ago, I ordered two pasta dishes. Both had some noodles that were oddly hard, like they were either undercooked or overcooked. It wasn’t the entire dish, so I brushed it off as a one-time mistake.
Today, however, was a different story. I placed an online order for pasta and pizza for pickup. The restaurant called me shortly after placing the order, first to confirm they’d received it (something I’ve never had happen before), and then again a few minutes later because the system apparently didn’t show a pickup time. I told them I’d like it ASAP since I was already on my way, and they said it would be ready in about 15 minutes.
While driving there, I got a text saying they needed another 10 minutes due to an issue, but they’d include free baklava to make up for the delay. Fair enough.
When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a lid for my pasta, so it was packaged differently. That’s not a big deal, but when I got home, not only was the promised baklava missing, the pizza was completely burnt.
I really wanted to keep supporting Romo’s because when their food is prepared properly, it’s delicious. But after multiple inconsistent and disappointing experiences, I think it’s fair to share my honest feedback so others can be aware.

Romo’s Mediterranean Grill has a wide selection of dishes to choose from. The owner checked in to see how we enjoyed our meal which I thought was really cool. I got a Gyro which I thought tasted okay.
We were greeted immediately and seated shortly after. The service was pretty good for what seemed to be a staff of only high schoolers and college kids. We had two different waitresses helping us which did cause a little bit of confusion, but they both tried to be helpful. Unfortunately the rice was overcooked and the gyros fell short, especially considering the prices. The atmosphere was nice and quite fitting overall. I couldn't help but feel like the place has so much potential, but the food just missed the mark.

Was disappointed here. More flies than I’ve seen in any restaurant. Service was extremely slow-it took a while to get our food. Hummus was very coarse not smooth like it should be. I love Greek food, but this was lackluster. The rice was also dry.

Not sure why they decided to change the food or how much they changed, but they changed the amazing rice they had to some dry, awful neon yellow trash. Their lamb has also always been consistently outstanding. What I got tonight was definitely not.
Not sure why they changed, but they should know that they changed my reason for giving them money...
