We got the steak, chicken, and shawarma with lemon rice and a side of fries. Food is delicious albeit a little pricey. The chicken was very good but I didn’t feel the steak was anything special. The lamb was ok but I wish there were some bigger and thicker pieces to highlight the flavor. Most of the lamb was in small crispy chunks. Since we shared the plate (two people), the price wasn’t too much of an issue (the plate with three meat options was about $25 for two people. The menu says $19, but with a couple of additional fees for premium meat and a tip it ended up being about $6 extra). I would give 4 stars but the menu is overall very confusing and difficult to read. When I asked questions I didn’t feel like the staff had a great understanding of how to answer my questions to clear up my confusion so I just had to kind of hope for the best. Overall, I’d eat here again but probably not for several months as I just wasn’t wowed by anything I ate here.

Food was ok chicken and steak skewers didn’t have flavor but the shrimp had good flavor. Rice was good as well as hummus. Didn’t come with the staple tzatziki sauce to cover blandness. Price didn’t meet the flavor should have been cheaper for the lack of flavor I paid $20 for my plate. The server was busy in back the whole time of service we were the only customers in the restaurant.

We used to love Romos, but we had the worst experience today. We ordered over the phone and were told it would be 10 minutes. We go and 20 minutes later, still no food. After talking to them, they said they lost our order and it would be another 15 minutes. My Fiancé told them it had already been 20 minutes and they offered a discount but he asked for an extra kabob instead, which they agreed to. 20 minutes after that we finally get our food and leave. When we open our bag, we discover only half of our order and a random sandwich. Too frustrated to go back and try again, we start eating only for my Fiancé to discover a piece of wood in the sandwich. We are disappointed to say the least and will likely not be going back.

A few months ago I was double charged here. Two separate transactions of the exact same amount. First time in my life that has happened. I figured it was a weird one-off and challenged the charge via my credit card company.
The last time I went with friends, my friend was ALSO double charged. Same situation, two transactions of the same amount. Only time it has ever happened to him.
One instance is an oddity. Two is a pattern. Don't have any desire to go back now.

Came here for the Valentine’s Day special. Our food was cold (not room temp, actually cold) & our order came out incorrect twice. Didn’t get our dessert until after we paid the bill and didn’t get the flower stem the ad talked about :/ Italian soda was the only good part of dinner.

My Greek salad with the lamb & balsamic vinaigrette was delicious & probably the best Greek salad I’ve ever eaten. My family all had lamb gyros and their yummy breaded French fries. The staff was friendly & efficient. The atmosphere was warm & inviting.
