Very poor service. Mandatory tip... They must charge a mandatory tip because the service is so bad that no one wants to leave a tip. We had a large group and did not ask for a lot but they treated us bad. Food was ok for the price.

Ruby’s is hands-down the best spot in Logan! I’ve never had a bad meal here — every dish is delicious, the servers are amazing, and the bartenders are the best I’ve ever met. The atmosphere is always fun with great people, an incredible drink selection, and a brunch menu (with mimosas!) that’s unbeatable.

It pains me to have to write something like this. I have been going to this Ruby's location since 2018 (twas Old Chicago at that time) and always enjoyed coming here.
I am off and on with my dieting (keto), but when I am on it, I always come here and get their amazing cauliflower-crust pizzas. Over the last couple of years in particular, I would get their individual sized pizzas along with their lunch specials, solidifying my love for the place, and where I had always recommended the place to others. Ruby's was always reliable to me that I could get their pizzas at a great price and still continue dieting and supporting them.
I learned today (7/29/25) that they no longer make those pizzas towards their lunch specials, and now charge an ADDITIONAL $3-4 dollars for a simple item. That, and it doesn't even come with their lunch specials anymore. When questioning the management that was there, they stated that this was always the case (it wasn't) and that they were cracking down on their servers who had offered that deal along with the lunch specials. I left, clearly bothered and having wasted my time.
So many other servers, management, and an owner have always set up cauliflower-crust pizzas along with their lunch specials, and only am being told now that that should never have been the case?
The only reason for me to come to Ruby's has now come to an end. This place has lost a loyal customer, which is a shame.

Absolutely incredible. The food here was amazing. The pretzel bites with beer cheese were exceptional. I can't go back to the pretzel maker. I got the chicken breast with mashed potatoes and gravy and it was everything I wanted it to be and more! My whole family loved it and I wish we had one closer to where I live. Such a hidden gem!

Honestly one of the best places in Logan. They have great pizza and their Mac and cheese is to die for. I have never been disappointed here. The staff is awesome and so attentive and kind. Highly recommend. Shout out to Chloe for being a great server and recommending some of the best strawberry lemonade I’ve had!

This was a 10 star experience! The burger was so delicious we got the cooks name, his name is Angel. Our server(Kristen) was very pleasant and service couldnt have been better. We will definitely gather some friends and go again! I definitely recommend! Restaurant was clean and hostess was welcoming as well

I’ve loved everything I’ve eaten here! Their Argentine nachos are delicious and a perfect appetizer while your waiting for your food. For entrees we’ve tried the Asian chicken sandwich and the spinach pesto pizza. Both are delicious! But the best thing you can order from Ruby’s is their cheesecake. Best cheesecake I’ve ever had. It’s huge and can easily be shared in a group. You won’t be disappointed eating here!

You serve a tiny glass of tea filled halfway with liquid, but all the way to the top with ice on a hot day without even offering a refill. Terrible. Once I was served, the waitress disappeared leaving me to have to go to Jack in the Box to buy a drink there. I ordered a small, but the server gave me a large at no extra charge. That's how you run a business. Do better. Oh, and your French fries are horrible, literally the cheapest they make.

You know it's good meat when you don't need any sauce on it. The hamburger was a blend of locally sourced meat and it's it's the best hamburger that I've had in Cache Valley, maybe in all ofNorthern Utah. Service was very nice. They're very friendly and attentive. I like the atmosphere. It's a bar and grill but it's not loud and obnoxious. I like that you can watch eight different sports at once. The coleslaw was amazing. The gluten-free bun is one of the best I've ever had. It didn't fall apart like most of them do.
