The pad thai was sweet and bland, a disappointment especially if you have had good pad thai. The restrooms were not clean.

We used to come here so often that when we called in, the staff recognized our voice and knew our exact order. For a long time, the food was consistently great. Unfortunately, over the last year and a half, the quality has become very inconsistent—depending entirely on who was cooking that day.
I always order the same item, the Mexi Burger, and for the past six months the experience has been disappointing every single time. I gave it five more tries in hopes that things would improve, but the food has only gotten worse. The burger patties are uneven, ingredients are either sloppy or missing altogether, and portions have been noticeably cut back. For example, the queso fresco used to be a generous portion, but now it’s barely a sliver. On another occasion, the peanut butter burger barely has any peanut butter sauce consistently and just tastes off.
It honestly took a lot for me to write this review because we used to love supporting this place. But after so many letdowns, we’ve had to stop coming. I recently noticed other customers expressing the same concerns, so I truly hope this message reaches someone who can turn things around. This used to be a fantastic spot, and I’d love to see it return to the quality it once had.

This is one my favorite places to eat. They have stuff for both adventurous and non-adventurous people. Sabores is one of my go-to places. Do yourself a favor and eat there! In the picture is their special Machette dish and the Lomo Saltado. The Lomo Saltado is something I get about once a month. Absolutely a big favorite.

Let me start out by saying I use to be a big fan of this place. It was my favorite! The people, the atmosphere, the food. They did such a great job. I dont know if its been the new hires? Or because they opened a 2nd location but this logan location truly has gone down hill which is such a disappointment. Not only quantity but also quality of food, customer service and the entire atmosphere has shifted. Just today we stood there waiting to order for 10 min. While being completely ignored by the 2 staff also just standing there looking like they really did not want to be there. They didnt even acknowledge us. We finally shouted BYE and walked out. Where they still didnt even look our way. Im leaving this review hoping the owner and managers will see it so they can fix the problems....I mean if they still care. I hope. I miss the original workers.

Maybe we came with too high of expectations. My husband is originally from Peru, so when we heard there was a restaurant that sold lomo saltado and tallarines verdes we were so excited to try it! Unfortunately, both dishes lacked rich authentic flavor we’re accustomed to at other Peruvian restaurants. That being said, we also tried the Pad Thai which was delicious! Hoping to go back and try other dishes from the menu, but probably not the Peruvian food 🙃

We were honestly a bit skeptical about Sabores at first. It’s a fusion restaurant with influences from Peru, Vietnam, Thailand, Cuba, Mexico, the U.S., Italy, Argentina, and India. That’s a lot of different cuisines, and we weren’t sure how well it would work. But we were craving pho, and since there’s not a traditional pho spot in Logan, we decided to give it a shot.
OH MY… this place is GOOD! We were so impressed. The pho was incredibly flavorful, with rich broth, fresh ingredients, and just the right balance. We devoured it. We didn’t try the burgers, but they looked amazing too. The service was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing, which we really appreciated.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the atmosphere. The restaurant isn’t fancy and I think there’s definitely room to improve the look and feel of the space. But honestly, when the food is this good, you kind of forget about the rest. We’ll absolutely be back the next time a pho craving hits and probably to try a few other dishes too!

It’s insanely good. Prices are more than fair.
UPDATE: poor quality now
We’ve been coming here since they opened, but no more. The nan bread had a weird smell. The butter chicken had tons of onions that were undercooked. The peanut butter burger bun was dry, like it was old. Flavor was significantly decreased overall. The red cream soda had a musty taste like old water. Literally the only thing that tasted good was the fry sauce (fries were ok). This is McDonald’s level now. Person taking our order seemed like they hated their job.
I formerly considered this THE best restaurant in Utah. I guess you have to “water down the soup” sometime.
Sabores? More like Peores.
Sorry it’s a bitter review, this restaurant really was something special.
