My husband surprised me early for my birthday to grab some breakfast before heading out to work. We decided to to to Stacked. We got there at 6:59am and saw on the sign they open at 7am. We tried the door and it was open. We made it a couple of steps and the worker yelled to us (we entered from the back and she was in the front) that they don't open until 7. The tone was not nice and very direct. I teach a customer service class and there were sooooo many other ways to handle this. First, keep your doors locked until you are ready for customer. Second, with one minute to go, she could have NICELY said I will be with you in just a minute. Regardless, we left and will not be going back. I've been there before and the food is good but their employees need better training.

Tried calling on different days to see if they have gluten free batter but their phone goes straight to voicemail. I have already showed up with my whole family before to find out they are out of gluten free batter so being able to call is important for us. We don't want to drive all the way out there to just turn around and go somewhere else. It seems like they purposely don't answer calls since this has happened on multiple occasions.

The girl would not give a punch on our card for Full stacks and stated that it is only for half stacks. She was cold and not friendly.
“MK” quickly check to see if we left a tip. I think that is poor etiquette.

best pancakes. so delish. i love coming here to get some breakfast for dinner and just chill with friends. Ashley, Mckenzie, and Evan made my experience so amazing. they treated me like best friends and were so kind and quick to take and make my order. i loved conversing with them and eating my mouth watering meal. even when a rude lady complained, they handled the situation with class and respect.

Stacked is soo yummy! Really good breakfast food and their fruit was fresh too.
the food wasn't bad. not the best pancake I ever had. what stands out is the poor service. you order at the counter and they expect you to bus your own table. no problem. but when they ring you up, right when you order, they ask you for a tip! so, they want a tip, in advance of any service they might provide. I wonder, does the service then equal the tip? have they reverse engineered tipping? if I tip 50% would they do backflips for me? doubtful... we will not return.

This is an interesting one. It probably would have been a five but for the 40 minute wait for the food. Lest you think I am upset about it being busy, let me explain. My wife and I walked in and it was empty. Maybe three people there. We ordered and went to sit down. About ten minutes later a few other parties came in. We knew there was a problem when each of the other parties not only got their food before us, but were done and left. I finally went up to the register and was told our order was cooking. This was about 35 minutes after we ordered. They finally brought the food and tried to explain the situation. The printer did not print the order and they just forgot we were there. They did give us a free set of pancakes if we return and I appreciate the effort. My only suggestion would be to let us know what is going on when you found out we had been missed. Be proactive I should say. The food was great. Five stars. Bacon is crispy and the pancakes were great. A little undercooked, but I think that was in an effort to get the food out as soon as they could. I don’t live here but if we are back for another wedding I would certainly eat here again and give them another try.

The girls who work here are very unfriendly, not welcoming. The food takes forever. Like an hour for 4 meals. You bus your own tables. Tables are not wiped down often. That being said -the food is delicious.
