Was completely ignored i was just trying to grab a drink and theyre over talking about personal business and fingernails instead of getting another persons order or allowing anyone else in line. The last crew was 1000x better than this new one theyre usually good but whoever is working now December 13 2025 2:57 pm needs to get to work i never want to be that guy but that was the worst experience ive ever went through here.

The customer service at this location was awful. Whitney was unprofessional and rude. I requested a side of oat milk, but she refused to provide it, even after I offered to pay for it. Subsequently, I requested a refund, but she advised me to contact customer service, as she was unable to issue refunds.

If I could give this 0 stars I would- i went with my toddler and a friend I haven’t seen in years. We walked in and the entire seating section was closed at 2:30 pm. We asked if we would be able to sit because I had my toddler. The girl working was super rude and said no it’s closed for 30 minutes for cleaning. What restaurant closes their entire seating in the middle of the day?? She was not kind and dismissive. I watched and there wasn’t anyone cleaning the whole time we were there sitting by the window on the bench next to the street with my toddler. Not a crazy big deal but I definitely won’t be coming back. choose the other one in town.

It's always crowded with teens and young adults typing away... Also... Please put directions for where to order. It makes crowding less extreme in a community that may not know.
