This is more of a review of the Starbucks corporation and not this specific location. Prices are a bit much and I think you have had a chance to notice less customers since siding with Israel. For me it was not a big loss. I was spending $6 on a coffee that tastes like burnt espresso and I don’t like how bitter it is so I end up wasting because it’s not good.
Recommended dishes: Turkey Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta

This has happened multiple times. They labeled the wrong drinks and send the dasher the wrong order everytime.

Showed up with my daughter for her birthday. She wanted to try something different than her usual so we asked the barista what would be good based on her preferences. It felt like it was not something she wanted to do and the drink she chose was very bland. On top of all that we ordered and got to wait 25 minutes in a not super busy atmosphere. When I finally asked for a refund they pulled over two drinks that had somebody else’s name on them and said they were ours. I still don’t think they are but we needed to go so we took them. I will never go back in to that Starbucks again.

I’ve been to this location a few times. Usually nice order takers and cashiers. But slow as hell. Today I was greeted with, “Do you want to leave a tip?” I will not go back to those location anymore. This “tipping culture” is out of control. You did your job. Great. Why do I need to tip for you to hand me a drink? Starbucks should pay a liveable wage and stop asking their customers to make up the difference. I mean, what is the markup? I paid $12+ for 2 drinks.

After a Long busy day , I stopped to get me some Iced Chai as a Reward :) . But Sierra (The Barista) made sure My drink was extra special Today and made with Love ! Thank you so much Starbucks Team .
I order the same drink, white chocolate cold brew with macadamia nut cold foam, at all the star bucks from here to Draper. Why can’t this place get this drink right? It’s on their menu, it’s not a specialty drink. No white chocolate in the cold brew and no crumbles on top the cold foam. It’s not like star bucks is cheap either. To mess up a menu item is crazy. My daughter’s drink was fine.

Horrible service, especially if you forget your bag and call 10 minutes before the store closes to have it returned and they tell you that there is nothing there and you have to call the police because the stupid people who work there are not capable of being friendly.

I took my bike in through the drive thru because I don’t have a car. Staff lectured me for like a minute because they have a policy against bikes in the drive thru. Funny they mention that because I would have been happy to walk into the store IF THEY HAD A BIKE LOCK STATION. Like what should I actually do in that situation? Blame capitalism for creating a system where those without cars I.e money, are constantly getting boned because the system seeks ways to disenfranchise them? I know the person running the drive in was just doing their job but don’t treat me like your doing me a service by “letting me off this time”. You do not have the power in this transaction, I do. Enjoy the one star review.
