Everything is amazing and always delicious. I only put 4 for service because they've made my order wrong about 5 times (usually when I ask for creme and they still give me coffee).Edit: They always happily remake my drink.Parking: About 15 spots including handicap, but you can also park in the parking lot next to it.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly drinks such as the refreshers, lemonade, hot chocolate, you can also change the coffee smoothies to "creme" to be kid friendly. They also have a kids size drink option and they have a variety of kid friendly foods including cake pops!
The worst staff I've ever come across! Bad attitudes, bad atmosphere, and get upset when they so don't know how to make a drink right.

Please train the people making drinks on Sat, Sun, and Monday. Because this last weekend everytime I went my drinks were wrong, tasted so bad, and I had to have them remade. Plus please understand a bottle of water that I paid for is not a cup of water. Then Monday, I was shorted money from my 20. Come on, do better!!!

Great experience. I was like I want a coffee and they said what size, I said big in Spanish. That was it. Nothing fancy. I got my coffee. I don't know what they put in it, but I liked it. It may have been black, that's how I like it though.
I had a really bad experience at the Starbucks on downtown Main Street so I went to the South store and team here made it right. They know how to make coffee and with amazing service. They were shook on how rude the girls are in the downtown Main Street location. I will start going to this Starbucks from now on. Thank you Starbucks South

This place seems to be more hit-or-miss than the one up north. Sometimes I get a 4- or 5-star mocha, other times I get a 2-star mocha. (And that one time, I got complete garbage.)So who knows.

Large plastic foreign object in my drink. Manager was flippant about it and didn't seem to care. Did not offer compensation! Will never return to that location.
