I order a drink and opened it up to put it in my insulated mug and noticed mold in my ice. Mold IN my ice. If I hadn’t opened the lid or had a dark cola drink I could have had that big piece of mold melt and drink it. How many others have filled their drink with moldy ice?

Phone and Online orders get preference, no matter how many are inside waiting to order. No matter how long you have waited. I was 2nd in line to order. Print out of app order came in. Manager ripped it off and started making those 3 footlongs. Pushing us all aside. BS!!

We placed our order online. It took over an hour from the time the order was placed to get the order done (It was three sandwiches). The kids working there were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They also don't bother to change their gloves between taking someone's dirty (literally) money and making the next customer's order. This location has gibe downhill dramatically in the past several months.

The tables and floor are dirty. Workers could step up and clean since it is not too busy and there are enough workers to clean up.

We ordered online through the app. We showed up ten minutes after it was supposed to be ready and had to wait another 30 minutes. There were two employees. One was trying and the other was doing his best to stay out of site on his phone. Food was missing half the ingredients and subpar. Never again.

Where's the tuna?! My tuna sub had so little tuna in it I had to use a magnifying glass to find it! Lettuce was also wilted and onions were sad looking. Also way too much bread compared to filling! What a ridiculous excuse for a sandwich. I will not be coming back!See my photo for a collage of menu picture and what I received. Unacceptable!
