I have been here twice and both times I have had a less than favorable experience. During my first visit I was helped by Victor after having just a small issue with my order and he was rude and unprofessional the entire interaction. Seemed like I was annoying him for simply just asking for clarification about my order. On my second visit I was helped by Carla (i think that was her name) and she was VERY rude. She made eye contact with me but didn’t welcome me in and she looked annoyed when I was waiting at the register as if she was hoping another employee would take the order so she didn’t have too. Ordering went just about how’d you expect, attitude full and rude. I will not be returning this location EVER, I gave it two chances and was met with the same crappy customer service.

The people who work here are always so kind. They are patient while we decide what we want. They explain flavors and combinations. They serve with a smile. It's so nice to come to Super Chix. The chicken is juicy, and we are HUGE fans of the fries. And the chocolate custard is my favorite! (My guy loves the coconut and chocolate mixed.) I definitely recommend here whether you need a meal, dessert, or both.

Love this place! It's good really good chicken and I love all their sauces! They have a wide variety and so far I don't dislike any of them! Their fries are pretty decent and with the sauces they are some of my favorite. Their sandwiches are really good and I have never been disappointed! The people working are friendly and helpful as well so that makes a difference! The hardest part is there are no meal combos like other places, so you have to get everything individually which fits make it a little more spendy, but it's not bad overall

I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!
Food is great, all the sauces are great. At first it seems a little pricey for a chicken sandwich place, but the sandwiches are big and they give you a TON of fries.
I took one star off on “Atmosphere” just because it can get really loud if you’re dining in.
We’ve been there probably half a dozen times, but I’m leaving this review now because about a week ago, a staff member literally ran out to my car to make sure I got the salad I’d ordered as part of my takeout order. The salad had been in a separate bag so it had gotten left behind when I got the rest of my food. Rather than just shrug and decide it wasn’t his problem, this employee ran out to catch me as I was getting into my car. Might seem minor, but it meant a lot to me!
