The pretzel bites with the white cheddar dipping sauce was so delicious today. The staff was friendly, the lines were short, and I love the ease of ordering through the app so that I don't have the pressure of ordering at the window. I also love that they have so many sugar-free options

I have always loved Swig and all of the locations near my house. Today while I was traveling home for the Holiday evening I stopped by for a drink. There was still 25 minutes before they closed. I waited 20 minutes in line and was the very next person in line only to be told they wouldn’t take my order. There was still 5 minutes until closing and I had already waited 20 minutes to be the next in line and told they wouldn’t serve me. 5 MINUTES before closing! All I can say is that I am glad this isn’t my main Swig shop. Such a massive disappointment.

My family loves swig, and we come here when we’re looking to splurge and get a little treat. Today was the first time we got drinks that I would feel our subpar. The drinks were warm, and there was no carbonation, it was so bad we decided to go back. Instantly, we had new drinks that were cold, carbonated and delicious. They even upgraded the size for us. I am very, very happy with their customer service. I’m also happy with the new quality. All for no additional charge.

I had to go to swig twice today because they got my first order wrong and argued they just changed their recipes and the second time around I tried to use a fundraiser card and got argued with because I wanted a 24oz Instead of a 44oz and refused to mark my drink with the fundraiser card when I’ve done this every time I’ve gone through. Same girl both times I think her name is Tammy very rude tone and bad customer service

Normally I love this place. Great drinks. Service terrible. I did a pick up order usually comes right out. They never came out. I had to walk in and get it which fine but they were just standing around talking not even caring to make the drinks. My drink was ready just sitting there. I would’ve never got my drink if I didn’t go in. I asked the girl if she saw me out there waiting. “We never really look out there” then what’s the point?? Pretty upset I don’t think I’ll be going back there. Customer service 0/10

No inside seating area, but the service was great. Drinks excellent as usual. It does seem absurd to have staff outside in 102F taking orders, though.
