I started going to Swig occasionally for the quick service and an affordable treat. This time I was asked for my phone number. I asked what it was for “Oh, just to track orders”. I asked if there would be spam “oh no spam or anything like that”. So I gave them my number. As soon as I pulled away after paying I get a text message “thank you for joining the Swig loyalty program”. I feel I was swindled into joining your loyalty program. I do not want my phone number to be a part of your customer tracking metrics. The interaction felt slimy.
Changed from 3 star to 1 star after getting a “take our survey” text message after texting STOP to the first. Sure seems like spam to me.

Love the drinks here but not worth the terrible customer service and very unsafe, unorganized parking lot. We encountered a worker who in our time of needing help with something simple was treated in a condescending way. Customer service out ways good treats. Unsure we love the way we feel treated and the feelings associated with this place.
The customers in the drive thru also make the service a negative experience every time; cutting you off, not letting you drive down the parking lot when your not even in line just visiting other facilities in the parking lot. I will choose to keep happiness in my life by avoiding the shop from now on.

Came here to cheer up a sad little girl who missed her sports competition. The staff was so sweet with her and extremely patient with all of our children. We had 14 kids in our group and they were kind and loving to us. Great customer service! AND- as always, yummy soda!

The pretzel bites with the white cheddar dipping sauce was so delicious today. The staff was friendly, the lines were short, and I love the ease of ordering through the app so that I don't have the pressure of ordering at the window. I also love that they have so many sugar-free options
