This place cannot get an order right. I kid you not if you order more than four items at least one will be wrong. It's so bad I'll drive to the one in South Logan. The crazy part is that the two locations share some of the same managers yet somehow the South can get orders correct most of the time.

I wanted to try the chicken nuggets, so I got the deluxe combo that came with fries, a chalupa, and crunchy taco. 1. I ordered 10 piece nuggets and only got five. 2. They were all out of the sauces that come with the nuggets. 3. I put no lettuce on both the chalupa and the crunch taco because of my allergies but they still put lettuce it on it. The south Logan location is better than this one…

This store is your typical chain Taco Bell. Quality is about the same as anywhere else with Taco Bell. The service is a little slower but my orders have always been right even for motified, special requests. I've never had to go back because something was wrong.
The food is either amazing and wonderful or just meh. The service is great in the mornings and nights. The afternoons are a hit or a miss. Most of the time the atmosphere here is great, but sometimes it has not been the greatest. Usually clean when they can get to it. Overall good.
Always has that Baja blast for me. Only messed up my order once and I don’t blame them. I to think that I got the food I deserved that night.

I always have a good experience at this specific Taco Bell. The two most recent times I went, they apologized for the wait when I expected it to be double the time based on how many customers I saw. They really care about their customer’s time, which I applaud them for. They’re always super nice, and today when I went, he double checked to make sure my order was right and went as far to mention he made sure the add ons were in the box, which made me feel noticed as a customer. Finally, this Taco Bell has NEVER served me room temp food. I had to blow on my queso, I’ve never been grossed out by cold meat. Literally always tasting fresh. I wish more fast food restaurants had as good of staff as this one does, as they exceed my expectations!!

I’ve been to this taco bell multiple times at all hours of the day/night and EVERY TIME they are suspiciously out of baja blast. i work in fast food so i know that soda is just syrup that is connected to carbonated water. So there is no way that they can be out of baja blast this frequently. I am utterly disappointed every time i go to this taco bell. Baja blast is the only thing that makes taco bell taco bell. DO BETTER!
