I've been to my fair share of Indian restaurants in Utah. I'd say out of all of them, Tandoori has the best coconut vegetable kurma. I love their rice, however recently they have changed it and the high quality rice is gone. It's now bland. Wish they'd go back to the one they have had! Vegetables are also not frozen, which is a plus! They also recently added a Mango juice housemade. I like it, it has chunks of small Mango bits in the juice. I usually get no ice so the Mango bits don't get stuck on the ice and I can eat them. Updated from previous review on 2025-03-07

Best Indian food in Cache Valley!

Also, even though dine-in is closed for a bit in the afternoon, they're open for takeout all day long! You can call them to order.

The best Indian food I've had in a while. The lamb saag on 5/7 was very good. The cheese naan was great too.

I haven been coming here for years. It has been one of our favorite spots near campus. It is not what it used to be. The butter chicken is my favorite dish. I love the cashews they would put in. There were hardly any cashews, this last time. The chicken tika tandoor was dry. The food was not as good as it used to be. The service was neglectful. I had to flag down the server to get my drink refilled. They started charging mandatory 15% tips for a group of four. New chef? New manager? I don’t know. But it is not as amazing as it used to be. I probably won’t be back for a while.

One of the hidden gems of Logan. People who live here always eat here.

The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is very nice, and the staff is great. We always love Tandoori Oven for date night and just for casual get togethers with friends. It's very authentic but also has things on the menu that everyone will like.

Parking: The lot that Tandoori is in is shared with a gas station and is almost always full. Your best bet is to park at USU Credit Union across the street and walk over

Best Indian food around. This place is worth the hype and the cost. Delicious delicious delicious. If you don’t get butter chicken and garlic naan, you’re missing out.

Parking: Parking here is a nightmare since it’s in a gas station parking lot but if you just park around the corner and walk, it’s not that big of a deal.

EAT HERE!!
The food is absolutely delicious. The service is great as well.
Do not let the fact that it's in a gas station deter you.
We eat here every year during our visit to the Small Satellite

We went here for dinner. It was a little weird having to park across the street at the bank and also the weird gas station vibe. The inside was much better.

I loved their menu. There are so many options! The menu was very well labeled for dairy, gluten, nuts, vegan. And a huge section devoted to vegetarian...thank you!!!

The mango Lassi had devious chunks of mangoes. We really enjoyed it.

The one thing that was not good at all was the appetizer assorted platter (none of the starters on that platter tasted great). The only good part of that platter was the tamarind and mint chutnies...which were awesome! For a starter next time, I am going to order from the Indo Chinese Starter section (the veg Manchurian sounds good) or try a green salad.

Hubby ordered lamb Tikka masala. It was good.

I ordered the Malai Kofka, and its base was incredible. The veggie dumplings were good but a bit salty.

We also tried the Tandoori Special Basket with a side of raita. I really loved the sweet stuffed naan. The Garlic Naan was so-so. The plain Naan was good. I think I'll try the Aloo or Onion one next time. While the Naan was good, it was dry, and the cooks could improve upon it.

Despite the minor things we didn't like, it was overall delicious, and we would love to return. We took our leftovers on our travels and ate them cold. Even cold, it was good.

Well done, Tandoori!!!

Vegetarian options: So many options for vegetarians, and a good amount of options for vegans, which is unique.
