I have been here a few times to this location and haven’t had an issue. But I have been here twice this month and had a big issue.
Today, we were on the waitlist. Got seated around 6pm and ordered immediately. We did not get our food until 7:40pm! The other people that were seated around us after we got there, got their food 30 min before us. Over an hour and a half. Our waitress tells us that the ticket got lost in the kitchen. Okay…so we complain to the manager and all he gives us is “yeah, it’s either you guys ordered late” (which we ordered 5 min after we sat down) “or your waiter didn’t put the ticket in”. I tell the guy that the waitress said that the ticket got lost in the kitchen and he goes “yeah I guess that can happen too”. The man doesn’t even know what is going on in his restaurant. And won’t take accountability. Just blames it on the server and calls it good. Terrible management. Walked out with our food to go cause a 10 month old does not like waiting in a high chair for an hour and a half.
The second story happened 3 weeks ago. Also a busy time. Anyways we requested a high chair and they put us at a tall table. All the tall high chairs were already taken and they bring us this small one that does not work. I would’ve gladly waited for another table that was lower so we could use a low high chair (there were like 7 unused low high chairs). Anyways just walked out with our food to go also.
Terrible organization. Terrible management, no accountability.

We’ve always loved Texas Roadhouse and have been loyal customers, even during busy times and holidays. Unfortunately, today’s experience was a complete disappointment. The service was incredibly slow and unorganized. We asked for A1 sauce, and it never came, which we could have overlooked if the rest of the experience had been better.
The real issue was the food—our steak was completely overcooked, and no one offered to fix it or address the problem. It felt like our concerns didn’t matter. To top it off, when it came time to pay, we decided to just cut our losses and not make a fuss. However, we had to wait another 25 minutes just to pay because we were using cash instead of the table kiosk.
The management was unhelpful, and the overall experience left us feeling let down and disappointed. It’s hard to say if we’ll return to this location after such a frustrating visit. Texas Roadhouse has always been a favorite of ours, but this visit was far from what we’ve come to expect.

This is classic Texas Roadhouse. Good food and good servers. The manager is committed to giving a good experience. The hostesses are young and inexperienced so plan a longer wait than they say.

Customer service is the impression that an establishment conveys of their brand and product to their customers. My impression of Texas Roadhouse’s Brand and service as a whole was truly disappointing. I see long lines and a full parking lot every weekend night and I was excited to take my girlfriend there who loves the food. For the first time in a long time I returned to this well known stake house that, up to this point I was indifferent towards. The food was Ok, it didn’t blow my socks off, the portions small and steak overcooked.
The real problem came after my meal. The meals was 57$ in total with tax and tip. 2 days later I’m charged 107$. I come in to talk to the manager, Amber, and I was met with very reluctant service. No apology offered, no attempt to make reconciliation, other than processing a refund. For her to find the bill and process the refund took over an hour. I’m not a weekly customer for them, so losing my business isn’t a huge deal, but I think Ambers attitude and apathy toward my situation poorly displayed the brand. She didn’t fully devote herself to fixing my problem, and didn’t seem to care that I had a bad experience. Empathy should be the first thing that a manager displays to a customer who was mistakenly overcharged. Especially considering I’m a dirt broke college student who wanted to have a nice care free dinner. Texas Roadhouse couldn’t deliver this to me.
I think Texas Roadhouse’s management could use some professional help.
After an hour and a half of waiting in store I got my refund. During that wait though, I was never checked on by Amber. I was left twiddling my thumbs wondering, does anyone in this store care? After not visiting Texas Roadhouse for two years, my first experience back and I was overcharged by $50. It was a mistake I’m sure, but the response to it by the team and the store was laughable. I will not be back.

I absolutely love texas roadhouse and tonight was amazing! I work as a caregiver and took one of my veterans out for dinner. We had Meagan as our waitress and she was so sweet! The food was amazing as well! Meagan definitely knows how to take care of her customers. Even though Don wanted to sit and talk with her she still made it around to all the other tables and stayed to talk with him for a little bit!
I love the rolls they serve before the main dish and peanut is such a sweet idea. The steak was delicious!

Normally I have a wonderful experience here, but today there was a large line. The time estimate was 30-45 minutes and we waited an hour and a half. After which I tried to politely ask if they had an estimate of how much longer the wait would be. I was dismissed and disrespected by the gentleman at the counter. The rest of the service was lovely.
