Love the food at habit. But the employee who helped me was crazy rude. I had some questions about the promo they are running and she shut me down. Also refuses to give me a water cup. Honestly lacked any decency. Was pretty disappointing

The food here is really salty which is a turn off for me (most people like salty foods). The entire menu is also kinda pricey which is another turn off. The burger was tasty tho. Also no watercups 🤷

Me and my friend ordered our food then asked for a water cup and the lady refused to give us one. Then she proceeded to give the couple behind us water cups. Won’t be going back.

Their service is horrible. I have ordered from them multiple times and end up having my order delayed and cancelled. When I call to speak with someone to try and work things out I get an AI that will not let me speak to a human. I will never order from them again even though I like their food.

We had lunch at the Riverdale location today and it was AMAZING!! The food was wonderful and the staff, particularly Melany, were excellent!! She made sure we had everything we wanted and even went above and beyond to accommodate a change to our order after our food had came out! Will definitely be back!!

I am surprised this place in Logan is still up and running, we never see any cars there. Was so surprised to find out the burgers are charbroiled because ours didn't taste so. We have a favorite local burger place from our hometown that truly is charbroiled so we know that taste. Sort of like In n out burgers but more expensive, nothing special....very disappointed and will not be going there again,
