Best smoothie I may have ever had. I ordered the Peanut Paradise with Pea Protein, and subbed coconut for yogurt. It was ridiculous how good it was! The service was impeccable as well. I received it before the time my app estimated, and they were very chill & friendly. Thank y'all I will be back.

The Tropical Cafe on Cherokee Street in Chattanooga, TN is by far the best I have ever been too!! They actually know us by name and greet us by our names every time. Their Sandwiches are always fresh and hot and made to order and their smoothies are absolutely out of this world!!! Especially the Peanut Protein Smoothie 😋😋😋. We love this location so much and how were treated we visit at least once or twice every week.
Went to get 'Dillas and smoothies with my husband for dinner at 9:25pm in the drive-thru and was told that they do not serve quesadillas at that time even though it says they are available online and we have ordered them before at that time. We went to taco bell instead.

Ordered a bahama mama bowl for the first time. The description states fresh strawberries and pineapple. The pineapple was definitely not fresh. I know what canned tastes like and I hate it. Seriously disappointed for $12. Won’t be ordering that again.

I ordered two Hawaiian BBQ Sliders from Tropical Smoothie, and this was easily one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The menu photo showed a well-assembled, fresh sandwich, but what I received was completely different. The sliders were smushed into shallow bowl containers instead of the regular boxes, making them look even worse.
I was so irritated that I went inside to ask about it, and that’s when they told me they were out of coleslaw and the proper packaging. They offered a refund or to remake them the same way, but at that point, I didn’t want to deal with it and took the refund. What’s even more frustrating is that the amount of pulled pork on the sliders was a joke—barely anything there. We’ve had these before, and this was nowhere near the portion we’ve had in the past. That issue wasn’t even addressed when I went inside.
Overall, this was incredibly disappointing. I’m from Vegas and grew up with Tropical Smoothie, and I’ve been waiting 10 years for it to come to Logan—only to have a terrible experience. Both of our orders came out the same way, so this wasn’t a one-time mistake. For the price, the quality and portion should be way better.

On more than one occasion I had issues where they do not blend smoothies enough so they’re all chunky and gross. Very inconsistent quality. I paid an extra dollar for the energizer supplement and it tasted like chemical poison. Not sure if that’s normal or they’re trying to poison me. This is strike 3 for me.
