Used them for my wedding, they charged us for all sorts of random things, then told us their policy after our wedding. The “ivory” colored table clothes were just straight up yellow and on top of that, wrinkly. We obviously paid them a significant amount of money for the food, yet they either threw away all the leftovers or the staff took them home. Food wasn’t that great and they just find anything and everything to charge you with, just like the college they work under

I am sick with covid-19 in a dorm without a kitchen. I wasn’t expecting the food they deliver to me to be great but it is horrendous. My dinner tonight is another sugar cookie, some sugary pudding, and a frozen and cracked burrito with the tortilla falling apart. Sometimes they don’t even knock on the door and I always get the food after it’s been sitting out in the sun for who knows how long. I’m honestly afraid to eat this food.

The food from USU Dining Services is disgusting. I have been to the dining halls multiple times because a friend has a meal plan, and its honestly disappointing. It's a surprise if you find something that's even mediocre. Meal Plans are a ripoff because no one actually wants to eat in the dining hall every day.

Their food is awesome, a few more options for buffet that many people don't know about

They catered an event we attended. They were supposed to serve Hawaiian haystacks which include chicken in chicken gravy, but instead it was only boiled and shredded chicken. The person arranging the event complained and was told, “ that’s how our chefs make it and it’s delicious.” To put this in perspective for those who don’t know what a Hawaiian haystack is, this was the equivalent of putting cheese and pepperoni on a pizza crust and then calling it pepperoni pizza, when there’s no sauce.

Very disappointed in the new hours for the Nook. I like coffee and breakfast muffin at 8 not 10:30 and do you think we don’t eat on Friday? I know this change was made to drive us to Beth’s Bistro but they are even worse. Slow service, poor bakery selection. Took me 10 minutes to get a Mocha this morning and there was only one person with coffee in front of me.

(In reference mainly to the Marketplace and the Junction) Bland and cold food, worse than my high school cafeteria. When forced to pay over $9 a meal for on campus food, I'd expect better than this. I could go to chick fil a for every meal for less than that. Brought issues to the attention of the dining director who rudely replied "you should count yourself lucky we serve you", rather than making any effort to improve. Cooked hamburger patties are left to soak in a tub, then put on the grill for 5 seconds when ordered, leaving you with a barely warm and soggy patty. Pastas are only warmed in a pan for a minute, leaving you with still cold sauce. Been forced to go there for 2 years and no improvements made, hope they learn to raise their bar for future students.

Pretty standard University cafeteria food. Most of the time made a couple hours ago, and never really very good beyond just something to eat.
