Stood in front of the register for 10mins before being helped. This location was definitely overstaffed for the night. I also thought it was funny they had a plaque hanging right by the napkins stating the fries scored a 91% on the test score. It's funny because that certificate from the regional director is 5yrs old. 😂. Anyways service was terrible tonight, the atmosphere was weird with some weird music playing, and the food was a little cold.

Honestly, it looked like the staff were trying their best, but lots of stuff was out of stock and the wait was long. They could only accept cash, but luckily I ordered on the app. Food was decent, though the burgers were a little less than hot when served. My last couple visits to this Wendy’s have been a little disappointing.

So bad I should give this location a 0. I walked into order and the girl who was working register was sitting at a table, she saw us come in and just continued to sit and play on her phone till everyone in the back told her to hep us, she rushed us to order and didn’t even give us time to say anything at all, like my husband ordered his food, and she rushed him “okay is that it?” Every 5 seconds, and then went to the back with her HAIR ALL OUT around the food, my fries were so old and gross looking, I didn’t even tell them anything because the crew was too busy talking and laughing in the back while only 2 of them were actually working. This location is literally soooo unprofessional I always try to avoid coming here unless it’s the day crew people, they genuinely try their best to work hard and as a team, but that team you had today at 8:50pm on 01/19/25 HORRIBLE.âœŒđŸŒ

Ordered vhicken nuggets on door dash and instead i receive a burger called the manager krissy she was extremely snotty and rude i thought she would like to know she has a problem dont visit this location

Worst service and that's saying a lot for Wendy's. 6 people working the drive- thru, 1 person on site down orders. Drink machine broken. Orders take forever and still not correct. Tried to get the guy working the front help but just got attitude from the drive thru workers. Manager should be fired because they clearly don't know how to run the place.

Went to the Wendy’s drive through, ordered a biggie bag and 10 piece saucy nug with ranch, waited 15 minutes for my order only to open the wrong order when I got home. I paid for saucy nuggs which came as a normal 10 piece instead and not even any ranch or a straw in the bag. Not happy. Also it seems like I was overcharged, I paid $14 for 1 biggie bag and 1 10 piece nugget. It wasn’t even busy or close to closing time when I went, please don’t go here until the managers hire competent workers.

I ordered online for ASAP, drove there in about ten minutes, still had to wait for another 10 minutes. I was the only customer waiting inside. They messed up with my order too, missing drinks, missing one burger. Will never go back there.

The workers in Logan close the lobby at 9pm!! Their hours are supposed to have the lobby until 10pm but the workers here lock the doors to ensure they don’t have to do any extra work before they get off. Someone needs to let management know that Logan Wendy’s workers slack off.

I'm all for supporting kids of employees. Until they start putting their feet on tables, and throwing half eaten suckers and trash on the floor, moving tables, licking and making finger marks all over the windows.

The place was already dirty, but man, I can forgive no clean tables, excuse it as a busy hour. But, I don't think that's why the lobby was dirty...

You gotta do what you need to survive, but keep your kids under control if they have to wait for you in the lobby.
