We have waited for our meal in the drive through line for 20 minutes. We ordered 2 frosties and 1 meal. Over 6 people have been served before us that got here after. They came out and said they have had a couple mess ups. For only having 7 customers in 20 minutes you’d think they would be able to get one meal ready. Horrible waste of time and no remediation. 0/10.

Stopped on our way home had to pull forward and wait they brought out half of the order then when they came back we still didnt have it all so they went back again. The chicken wrap was pretty much all lettuce really not impressed

I was traveling from out of town to see my 98 year-old mother IN LOGAN and she wanted a spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy’s so I went down and order a couple of them for us. I got home. I heard it was too hot for eat and she eats them often. Mine was raw and I got a bad bellyache and didn’t feel good from it for two days. please watch the pictures that I’m posting,. Never had that problem at any other Wendy’s but by golly I’m not going back there. I’m almost 80 and I don’t I don’t wanna eat raw chicken. My brother said the picture I took look like cat food if anybody wants to reply to this post, please do. This was Take Out the lady that helped me at the cash register. Couldn’t understand an order for two chicken sandwiches one with no lettuce and tomato simple instructions. I had to get somebody to come up and do it for her at the cash register they were a little cold and rude. Wow never expected that.

That was the worst experience I have ever had. The floor manager was extremely rude. Took 20 min. to receive our food. Threatened to call the cops on us because we didn't leave the lobby immediately upon receiving. You should be embarrassed.

Stood in front of the register for 10mins before being helped. This location was definitely overstaffed for the night. I also thought it was funny they had a plaque hanging right by the napkins stating the fries scored a 91% on the test score. It's funny because that certificate from the regional director is 5yrs old. 😂. Anyways service was terrible tonight, the atmosphere was weird with some weird music playing, and the food was a little cold.

Honestly, it looked like the staff were trying their best, but lots of stuff was out of stock and the wait was long. They could only accept cash, but luckily I ordered on the app. Food was decent, though the burgers were a little less than hot when served. My last couple visits to this Wendy’s have been a little disappointing.

So bad I should give this location a 0. I walked into order and the girl who was working register was sitting at a table, she saw us come in and just continued to sit and play on her phone till everyone in the back told her to hep us, she rushed us to order and didn’t even give us time to say anything at all, like my husband ordered his food, and she rushed him “okay is that it?” Every 5 seconds, and then went to the back with her HAIR ALL OUT around the food, my fries were so old and gross looking, I didn’t even tell them anything because the crew was too busy talking and laughing in the back while only 2 of them were actually working. This location is literally soooo unprofessional I always try to avoid coming here unless it’s the day crew people, they genuinely try their best to work hard and as a team, but that team you had today at 8:50pm on 01/19/25 HORRIBLE.✌🏼
