I’m extremely disappointed in this Wendy’s location. As I was waiting in the drive-through, I saw an employee smoking right outside the entrance — not even 5 feet away. The law clearly states you must be at least 25 feet away from any entrance, exit, drive-thru window, or air intake under the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act. This isn’t just inconsiderate, it’s illegal and unsanitary. Customers shouldn’t have to walk through cigarette smoke to get food. Management seriously needs to address this.

Came in and there was only one customer in front of us after waiting for our food for 20+ min the customer in front of us asked if he could get his money back and the response was he got yelled at that they are short staffed and then the manager stormed off when there wasn’t even people in the drive through. Definitely disappointed and I would not recommend.

Horrible service. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting to place my order watching the customers at Chik-Fil-A breeze through the line. I would have left but was stuck between cars. I only got 1/2 my order and it was incorrect.

We have waited for our meal in the drive through line for 20 minutes. We ordered 2 frosties and 1 meal. Over 6 people have been served before us that got here after. They came out and said they have had a couple mess ups. For only having 7 customers in 20 minutes you’d think they would be able to get one meal ready. Horrible waste of time and no remediation. 0/10.

Stopped on our way home had to pull forward and wait they brought out half of the order then when they came back we still didnt have it all so they went back again. The chicken wrap was pretty much all lettuce really not impressed

I was traveling from out of town to see my 98 year-old mother IN LOGAN and she wanted a spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy’s so I went down and order a couple of them for us. I got home. I heard it was too hot for eat and she eats them often. Mine was raw and I got a bad bellyache and didn’t feel good from it for two days. please watch the pictures that I’m posting,. Never had that problem at any other Wendy’s but by golly I’m not going back there. I’m almost 80 and I don’t I don’t wanna eat raw chicken. My brother said the picture I took look like cat food if anybody wants to reply to this post, please do. This was Take Out the lady that helped me at the cash register. Couldn’t understand an order for two chicken sandwiches one with no lettuce and tomato simple instructions. I had to get somebody to come up and do it for her at the cash register they were a little cold and rude. Wow never expected that.

For some odd reason when u ask for a receipt because it's about 10 bucks more than the other wendys they are always out of receipt tape.
