I had a terrible experience here. I didn't come in expecting fresh on a Sunday in Logan.
But the fries they served were very old. Unedible old.
I've never been that person to ask for a replacement, but I did. And I stood there with my tray for 15 minutes while I watched the staff do little.
I felt the burger, and it was warm. So I had high hopes for that.
I got "new" fries that were now old again. Grabbed some ketchup, because that's how you eat old chips.
The Dave's double was. Again old. And didn't have lettuce.

When I went to wendys, the cinnimon Roll was hard as a rock. When I let them know that the order was wrong and I could see it on the recept, they argued with me, and the hamburger was raw, so food safety was not handled properly!

This Wendy’s location is a terrible location.
Their computer is always “broken” so they can’t use the app in the store.
They close early frequently.
Tonight I made a mobile order an hour and a half before closing time.
When I got there, they were out of fries and chili (both of which I ordered) and didn’t offer any solutions so I had to cancel the order.
I won’t be back.

I just stopped for a quick meal for my bday, the staff was so kind. They made me feel like I stopped by to see some friends, they made my day. The managers and the staff were very kind and friendly to talk to. I was even given a little something for my kiddos. Thank you guys for your great service.

Wow! The customer service here is UNBELIEVABLE in a GREAT way! Whoever is training and managing the employees here is doing a great job. I brought my family here for lunch and the staff was super friendly. When my kids ordered their kids meals they made an effort to have them pick their own toys. The food was made quickly and correctly... and they checked with us and made sure we were happy with it. Later on we noticed that my daughter forgot her drink cup and they upgraded her drink just to be nice. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. Not something you expect from a fast food joint.
Overall... we'll be coming here more often. When eating out with kids and all of their hopes and demands, these guys made it fun and easy.
