I come here for the pretzel bites and the Dr. Whip (both are great). However, every time I visit, I leave thinking about how unkind the window workers are. I’ve been enough times to notice a consistent pattern of ornery and mean-girl vibes of employees. I would honestly go much more often if the staff were friendlier and provided better customer service.

We love whips! There’s a few things I wish they’d improve on. I only ever order diet drinks and they don’t print little tags for the drinks, or mark the lid of the drink so half the time I get home and check just to find out I wasn’t given a diet drink and I end up trashing it. We also love their pretzel bites but they are soooooo much better hot than cold and we get them cold probably 70% of the time lol The last one is anytime I order my kids drinks we never get the free popcorn and sucker and the few times I’ve asked I’ve gotten an attitude so I’ve just stopped asking. Either train employees to give the popcorn and sucker with a kids drink or don’t advertise it. I think their reward system is great and over all I love their drink options and my kids are obsessed so we will keep going hahahaha

The best sodas and snacks of all the soda shops! The soda options are small but mighty, you can’t go wrong! The food sets them apart from the rest! The pretzel bits are the best and any of the sweet treats! You can’t get special treats on certain days like twisted pretzel and beignets and they will blow you away!

Best drinks around with amazing service! The pretzel bites and cookies are also soooo good!
Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was overcharged and didn’t realize it till I drove away and checked my card. (My kids were loud so I didn’t hear how much the total was at the window). They didn’t give a receipt so I couldn’t see where the mistake was but I only got one sugar cookie and 2 lemonades at 16 oz and was charged almost $10. One of the lemonades had real fruit in it so I knew there would be a charge on that, but I was charged a lot more than I should have. Anyway, maybe they would have fixed it if I had time to go back through, so I’ll leave it at 4 and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Srry whips, I'm not one to leave reviews but when I drank my soda all I got was a 1/2 cup of peach puree. I couldn't drink it, it was so sweet. Maybe train on how much goes in each cup? Would've went back to fix it but I was already home.
