Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation.
I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me.
I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to.
This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude.
Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.

for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour.
I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.

The boneless wings are delicious. My whole family loved the food. The 6 pc combo is so filling. The manager at the Logan store is so nice and had great customer service.

Put an online order in, ended up getting delayed at work so I want able to pick it up tell over an hour later they were kind enough to retire and make it fresh! Awesome service!

we went to the Mt Pocono location tonight had BBQ and Garlic parm wings and Cheese Fries and the wings were actually really good
to whomever reads this DONT EAT FOOD FROM STORE #2838 BECAUSE THEIR STAFF IS RUDE, IGNORANT AND THEY DON'T TAKE THE NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ON SERVICE OR WHEN THEY PREPARE THEIR FOOD AND THE STAFF DON'T SHOW ANY REPSECT FOR PEOPLE'S ORDERS OR THEIR TIME THEY WAITED FOR THEIR FOOD. ALSO MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE BECAUSE WHEN ASKED FOR HE IS HIDDEN AWAY OR ON THE PHONE TEXTING AND LETTING WORKERS WALK OFF THE LINE WHILE THEY ARE ALSO AND THE PHONE WHEN THEY SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING ON THE FOOD OR THE REGISTER. Great place to go for wings! Great flavors to choose from l! The Louisiana dry is fantastic. The original hot is always a favorite. But that atomic!! Wow. That's tasty! Has a sweetness to it that you don't expect amd a great flavor. The name suggests that you will just get heat and no flavor. I'm here to tell you that isnt the case. It is a great sauce

The portions were generous. The price was good. The food tasted good and was well seasoned with a good variety as opposed to Brand X across the street that is tasteless and overpriced.

experience was incredible. the service from rob was super quick and straightforward while still managing to have a really friendly undertone to the conversation. after he gave us our food we were walking out and he spotted my mother in the car driving me, and he decided to offer a free drink for her! and to top it off when we got home we found 2 extra tenders and 2 extra wings. perfect service.

The wings were ok. The service and atmosphere was awful. 3 radio stations playing at full blast. With 3 different genres. We asked the lady that brought us the wings if they could turn 2 of them down she said no we like to listen to our music while cooking. We will not be going back.
