Stopped by since we dont have a zeppes in my home town, and my kids used to love it in St. George. Myself and my 4 kids sat here waiting for them to open for 30 minutes. It's now noon. Nobody is here. They open at 11:30. Called another location. They were open, didn't have a reason that Logan wouldn't be open. Parking lot, empty. Not a soul in site.
Edit:Left my number, at this time I have yet to get a response back. It's been about a week. I'm willing to call back again.

I brought my brand new puppy to Zeppe’s on Friday for a Pup Cup. Hallie was working and helped me. I’ve never been to Zeppe’s before and only intended to get my puppy that little treat, but Hallie took the time to explain the menu to me and recommended a few of her favorite things. I ended up ordering a root beer flavored treat with frozen custard and it was AMAZING!! Great choice, Hallie! She was so kind and helpful, and instead of one quick stop for my pup, I’ll now definitely be a new repeat customer for myself too! I’ve never had someone at a drive-through window be SO kind and sweet to me before and she left such a good impression of stellar customer service. 5 stars for Hallie!!

Their ice cream is yellow, gainy, and way sweet? It used to be white and creamy. I don't know what happened here. I stoped giving tips here because I've dealt with a snotty employee that will purposely gets my order wrong. And they don't stack it like the advertisement, what a disappointment. I'd rather go to the n odgen one

So, I love Zeppe’s, but this is a warning to anyone who likes the concretes. The price on the menu is a lie. The 7.15 price does not include any toppings despite advertising ADDITIONAL topping as costing a dollar. So the cheapest you can get a concrete for is 8.15. I’m upset at this because it makes it seem like the menu was put together in bad faith to scam people. I looked at my receipts and this has been the case for at least my last 5 visits so it not a one off issue.

My family has a tradition of Zeppe's on the 4th of July and we are not complete without it! Delicious and refreshing anytime of the year.
