So, I love Zeppe’s, but this is a warning to anyone who likes the concretes. The price on the menu is a lie. The 7.15 price does not include any toppings despite advertising ADDITIONAL topping as costing a dollar. So the cheapest you can get a concrete for is 8.15. I’m upset at this because it makes it seem like the menu was put together in bad faith to scam people. I looked at my receipts and this has been the case for at least my last 5 visits so it not a one off issue.

Glad to have Zeppe's back in Logan, really miss some of the old tangy flavors (lemon, lime, margarita, etc). There don't seem to be any sour flavors, and I haven't seen any standalone lime or lemon flavors, just a lot of mixed that aren't particularly sour.

Great place for Italian ice and gelato! There are lots of fun flavors you're sure to enjoy. We just tried the 2 flavors of the month Miami ice and Beach bum, and kids stayed with the infamous tigers blood and strawberry paradise! 🍓 Plenty of parking and seating as well as a drive thru!

Zeppe's used to have custard so dreamy, it'd make angels weep with envy! You'd wanna grab folks by the collar and preach about its creamy goodness! But lately? Lawsy mercy, they done gone and messed it up worse than a dog tryin' to play the banjo! Now it's the kinda place you'd tell a snake to avoid! Used to be finer than a hair split three ways. Now that custard's got lumps like a dirt road after a gully washer, and tastes like a monster sneezed in it. It's a crying shame, I tell ya! Maybe their machine and operators could use a boost 😂😭🍦🤢

Went to get a cone and when I received it, it was face down in a cup smashed with barely anything in it. I paid for sprinkles as well and it maybe had a couple on it, I couldn’t really tell because it was smashed in the cup upside down. Very disappointing.

1st of all, the drive thru service is very time consuming. It always take forever even if there is no one else in line. 2nd of all, the gelatas never have custard at the bottom as it should. Even when you ask for a special order for more at the bottom, they only put less.
