I highly recommend this particular Burger King in Magna. The service I receive and the consistent high quality of the food keeps me going back. I have been going to this Burger King for almost 4 years now at least once a week on my way to work and they just always do a great job!

This was the poorest customer service / food I have ordered - Fries was cold - my chicken patty with out bread we hard and cold , burgers look like they been sitting there way , what was the reason for a wait if our food was like this ..waited 45 min in drive thru -
Lady at window did not know how to use a coupon -
Just crazy 40 dollars down the drain first and last time going there -

Not happy with customer service. They completely ignored me in the drive through I seen one boy poke his head out of one of the windows so I reversed and he was gone I honked and nothing . Even called the store.not satisfied with Burger King
First off the only good thing was the fries were warm. The nuggests tasted like stale card board. We did not get our sauce for the nuggets. I have two very disappointed kids because the staff was tonlazy to out the Naruto toys in the kids meals.

Managers have a bad attitude. And lie about customers and to customers. Food is always made sloppy. Or never the correct items. Most of the time missing items if you get it delivered. They are very uptight about replacing an item if they "can't make it" but you've already paid for it.
