The gal that took our order, handled the computer, our card etc proceeded to move to the front of the store and unfold the chicken fry boxes and stack them inside one another without washing her hands or wearing gloves. When I suggested she should be wearing gloves she told me thank you for telling me how to do my job. I stated you're welcome because you are putting germs inside of those boxes since you haven't washed your hands and aren't wearing gloves.
Came through the DT. Great service! Food was hot & they gave us extra for free!! Honestly made my night.

Went through the drive thru ordered 4 rodeo burgers with cheese. I checked the bag before I left not Knowing that I would need to open each burger to make sure it was correct. One of my burgers was plain just the patty cheese and bread no barbecue sauce and no onion rings, another burger wasn’t even a rodeo burger or close to what I ordered. It was a croissant with egg that was all, tried calling and they didn’t answer. Not even a voicemail

I went to the drive thru. Ordered 2 jr whoppers with cheese, no tomato. She said it’s .80 cents each for cheese. Ok then she read it back to me, but no onions. I said no I want onions, add cheese, no tomato.The 2/$5 with small fries was $10.87 this seemed like a lot to me so I asked why it was so much. Again, she said .80 cents for cheese. Ok ok that’s fine. Point being, cheese was mentioned 3 times before I even paid. I drove all the way home downtown SLC, open my food, no onions, no tomato and no freakin cheese!! I called and it goes right to voicemail. I did leave a message. I’m sure they’ll call me right back.ALWAYS check your order before you leave the window!
Ordered as a walk in. Burger sat out for 15 minutes, then the rest of my order came out. Waited a grand total of 20 minutes for 2 burgers and chicken nuggets.Manager said she was filling orders as they came in, but really they were more focused on app orders instead of inhouse orders. 20 minute wait for fast-food?! Maybe a restaurant, but not fast-food.

Rudest cashier ever, I understand that it can get difficult, however don’t take it out on your customers by having an ugly attitude while just trying to order food through the drive thru; then be upset because you didn’t clarify which window to wait at like seriously take the day off and calm damn poor girl bagging the food look scared and shocked, you already grown woman maybe in your 4’s learn how to deal with your emotions.
