Went their with my husband and daughters same thing as everyone else who’s reviewed the girl up front nasty attitude and when my husband and I were looking through the menu she was tapping the business cards on the counter indicating us to hurry when we literally had only been their for 2 minutes and their was no people waiting either. It got to the point where before we paid we just left because why go waste money on a place like that. I called and the mom rudely answers the phone and it’s more than obvious where the girl gets her attitude from. I asked to know the girls name and file a complaint the lady who answered who is also the owner ANEL is her name said that her daughter who works in the front is like that because they are short staffed and her daughter is stressed! Like are you kidding me! Hire someone else who’s going to bring customers in not push them away! Anel is not going to put a stop to it obviously because it’s her daughter. I’m happy I didn’t spend a single cent there. ZERO stars

The cashier girl with the piercings was having an attitude with us after we ordered our food we asked for an ice creen and she grunted and when we got home we opened the boxes that had our crepas and one of them one well made and the other one had nothing on it it was just the plain crepa with nothing on it and the frozen fresas con creama were all melted and nothing but whipped cream was in the box if I could I would give this place 0 stars.

Super bad service the lady there is so rude looks like she doesn't want to be there no patience felt like she was rushing. Honestly they have to be nicer if they want to keep customers. This happened 2/10 with an employee on the afternoon shift. Super bad service.

The truth is I have never been treated as badly as the girl who served me today. Very bad service with bad character, as if he didn't want to be there working. Be careful with the girl who has many piercings on her face. Treat customers badly!!

Cashier girl with piercings was in the back kitchen with her headphones, while we were waiting at the register for about 2 min. She didn’t greet my family nor I so she had us waiting in silence. Once attended I’d ask if she could replace Doritos with Tostitos instead. She then grunted, didn’t respond & told us our total. In the moment of receiving our food she had ask my sister & I “ is it to go or to stay?” Mind you it was 7:48pm & they close at 8pm. We replied to her with staying. She said then “ we’re closed “. TERRIBLE SERVICE. When we were walking out she walked behind us & immediately closed the door on us. It was then 7:49. Either she has to be trained better or something else cause the her work ethic is not going to improve their business. Also, they are always switching what ingredients goes with the snacks, that needs to be revised.
