Placed an online order for ASAP. Order wasn’t ready 40 minutes after placing. Told employee I wanted to cancel from them taking too long and got argued with. If I can’t trust you to make 2 sandwiches in an hour, can I trust you not to use expired food. I think not.

Horrible service, we live less than 2 miles from this location and waited almost an hour before calling to cancel our order. The employee that answered the phone answered with “hello?” No apologies for waiting an hour for an order, nothing, just “ok I’ll void your order.” I’ll order from somewhere else next time

There wasn't a lot of meat and the meat that was on there started falling out immediately due to it not being in there all the way with all the lettuce they threw on the sandwich. But it tastes good in the end.

I ordered through the app, then go to the store to pickup the food. I’m in the store waiting and they have my order. A bunch of people come in and order at the counter. My order gets put on hold while they fix the sandwiches for the people that came in after me. I had to wait for at least 8 people even though I was there first. Lots of other sandwich places around, time to check them out.

The motto “freaky fast” doesn’t apply to this location. I was here when it was busy and figured that’s why it took so long. I came back when it was dead, guess what still slow.

Jimmy John's has always been excellent. I used to think it was a little too pricey, but with how expensive subway has gotten the price is reasonable now.
