Apparently, this place fall on deaths ears because they can't do the simplest directions of what people want on a sandwich. Ask for nothing else on it, just a literal simple sandwich and they fail at that. Pouring a lot of unnecessary oil on it, and no mayo means make sure it is covered in it for some freaking reason. Taking it too far with shredded lettuce, I had issues with lettuce and making it shredded made it worse. We asked for nothing, simple turkey sandwich with nothing on it but this and that but apparently it means something else. Can't follow the simplest ask from a consumer. Ya'll wonder why people are mad at these places and yell at them. Done with this these freaking places. Turkey sandwich having tons of oil on it to like dudes, wtf?

We went through the drive-thru we placed our order. He read it back to us. We got home. They had done both orders wrong. When we took it back they refused to refund it or make us new sandwiches. Absolutely atrocious behavior. I will never go there again!

Kason, Kenny, Brandon & Letha were amazing! The service was beyond phenomenal - they didn't hesitate to help my family when our cc only authorized for part of our order. They turned an embarrassing situation in to a holiday blessing. By their service alone I would be back to this JJ location.

Food was good as always. Came at 7:45 ish tonight and watched an employee chase a young kid (probably 10-12) through the parking lot. The young kid said it was a prank, however I was not thrilled to see this behavior. I just moved to the area and since July, every single time I come here, I witness lots of horseplay, employees eating in the back, employee drinks on countertops and again… lots of horseplay. I believe the store owner or manager should check into this kind of behavior as it’s very inappropriate to see as a paying customer. I will be more than happy to drive out of my way to go to a different location. If the owner or manager would like to reach out for the dashcam footage of the employee chasing through the parking lot, please reach out or provide an email address for it to be sent to.

Rewards wouldn't work, register kept freezing, sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes well the teenagers inside stood looking at me making jokes and laughing about it. I'm updating from a few months ago, which means I don't order out often anymore.I figured a sandwich and not DASH from a burger shop today would be a great idea. The fact that I pay a delivery free is not a big deal. Most of the time, I will tip delivery drivers who are friendly and professional, but getting my order instructions wrong and the sandwich not quite right along with a rude delivery person.... This experience is not worth more than 1star rating, and now I am able to add stars to specific topics. 1star to service also. Over the years, JJ has shown little to no improvement.===============================I am updating my review from a few years ago. This location was starting to be my new go, too, and now it's a serious no-go at all. I ordered 2 sandwiches and it was somewhat fast however the delivery guy pounded on my door and shoved a receipt in my face and said here fill and the tip and sign this, held my food until it was signed..... in many, many years, I have never needed to sign for an online order and forced to give a tip before getting my food. Really rude delivery person made us feel very uncomfortable and not worth risking another encounter with this person at my home. Tips are based on professional experience and not an extra expense to get my food I already paid for. This location is a joke and no longer worth ordering from. I mentioned Subway in my last review, and now I am sticking to it....================================Speed it upFood is normally good, staff is normally friendly.For a company that offers a super fast delivery is really slow, it shouldn't take 50 mins for 1 sandwich for someone that is just around the corner. I could have drove to subway and back before my sandwich got here.This should be a 1 star rating.
