INTRODUCING KFC DAYCARE!!! Ordered online for pickup. Walked inside, the gentlemen that helped me at the front counter was polite and professional. Then I just happened to notice that apparently kfc has turned into kfc with daycare. If that's the case can I buy chicken and drop off my kids for the day. I would love to know what their rates are.
While waiting for my order, I noticed a little boy playing in the dishes, getting water all over the floor, while throwing bubbles all over.
By all means kids will be kids.
I just don't think that kids should be at the workplace, especially when there's fryers that have 400 + degree oil in it.
It would be devastating if that little boy got into the fryer or a sharp knife fell from the sink and he got hurt, or even worse.
I will return again, But hopefully I will not see that little boy in service area anymore.

The crispy bbq bacon burger was so salty! Too much salt I couldn’t eat it. It was also cold, after the 3 minute drive home, the cheese didn’t even melt.
The tenders and fried chicken was delicious!

Went through the drive through ordered 6 chicken tenders. We got home and they looked and smelled like they had been cooked and stale oil and were days old.Let's just say we won't be eating there again.

Horrible customer service. Doesn't approach customers cause they are too busy hanging out at the drive thru window. Then they slam the food on the counter after being told we had a pickup order and just walk away without saying anything or asking if I needed anything.
We wanted KFC and we live in Magna, so wanting to support our local business we drove to the Magna KFC. It was 4:00 p.m. on a Tuesday afternoon. We ordered an 8 piece meal all dark. They charge extra for all dark. When we got home we had 2 dark meat legs and the rest was all white. If KFC didn't charge so much for all dark I really wouldn't have cared, but they do. From now on I will check the pieces to make sure since we can't trust them to do it.

We waited in the drive through for 10 minutes trying to get someone to respond even double checking to make sure it was open only to find out when we drove passed the window there were 2 employees with their headsets off talking and they pointed and laughed at us driving away.

Had to wait 10 or more min for old fries and actually had hair inside the fries yuk. There is no business here now im start to understand why this is. CLEARLY these people do not take in consideration the user experience with this FOOD situation. YUK! This is completely unacceptable i want to continue to complain.
