The crispy bbq bacon burger was so salty! Too much salt I couldn’t eat it. It was also cold, after the 3 minute drive home, the cheese didn’t even melt.

Went through the drive through ordered 6 chicken tenders. We got home and they looked and smelled like they had been cooked and stale oil and were days old.Let's just say we won't be eating there again.

Horrible customer service. Doesn't approach customers cause they are too busy hanging out at the drive thru window. Then they slam the food on the counter after being told we had a pickup order and just walk away without saying anything or asking if I needed anything.
We wanted KFC and we live in Magna, so wanting to support our local business we drove to the Magna KFC. It was 4:00 p.m. on a Tuesday afternoon. We ordered an 8 piece meal all dark. They charge extra for all dark. When we got home we had 2 dark meat legs and the rest was all white. If KFC didn't charge so much for all dark I really wouldn't have cared, but they do. From now on I will check the pieces to make sure since we can't trust them to do it.

We waited in the drive through for 10 minutes trying to get someone to respond even double checking to make sure it was open only to find out when we drove passed the window there were 2 employees with their headsets off talking and they pointed and laughed at us driving away.

CLEARLY these people do not take in consideration the user experience with this FOOD situation. YUK! This is completely unacceptable i want to continue to complain.

Went for a job interview scheduled at 2:15PM. Had to wait nearly 2 hours just for a brief one minute long interview with the manager. Left the establishment at 4PM.
He also said he was going to call me the next day, he in fact never called. What a waste of time, if you’re not looking for candidates, take down your application!
