Came for breakfast & their was a creepy man that seem to be harassing the employees. Not the first time I have seen the same guy here last time he started banging on the bathroom I don’t know why management doesn’t do anything about it.

The customer service needs to improve they are so busy I had to wait longer than necessary when they got my order wrong. I explained the difference and they still did not give me the money back, so I had to explain a second time to get my dollar back, It took too long for one item. They were civil but it was still annoying, I had to deal with similar errors twice now. Generally they are reasonable I think they get frustrated partly because they are so busy. With the raised prices now here it's not as affordable Id rather go elsewhere where it's not so busy, and actually some restaurants have better deals. I will say the drive thru is usually fast.

This restaurant has stopped being open 24 hours a day multiple times. I've gone there at 4:10 a.m. and they told me it was closed and opens at 6 a.m. They need to update their hours on Google Maps. They had excellent service, but this changed a month ago.

Refused to give me a receipt in the Drive-Thru (ILLEGAL) and proceeded to serve me a terrible breakfast. No one likes hard tack biscuits and musty/soggy hash browns. Owner is evidently lacking on maintenance.

They didn’t put any extra mayo and when he ask me what I got I told him it is a mobile order and he was really rude and said I got that. Like when you use mobile order it is supposed to start making the food before you arrived.and when you arrived it is supposed to be ready and it wasn’t and the guy who brought me my food was also very rude. I have always had issues with this location. Especially at night

I am really frustrated. I was really looking forward to enjoy my coffee. All I wanted with my order was some creamer and sugar. But all I got was a plain coffee with none of that. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up on orders but this was absolutely ridiculous. It feels like no one here pays attention and it shows a complete lack of care for customers. In my honest opinion, I believe that they mess up on orders for the convenience of the business by “forgetting” to add some things from your order because I don’t think it should be that hard to read a ticket and put in everything you asked for. By the time I realized the mistake I was already on the road with a bitter, undrinkable coffee THAT I PAID FOR. Such a waste of time and money. I would think if I’m paying for something I could at least get it right. But you guys always act like we are asking for things for free. The laziness is outrageous.

This is the second time I’ve gone in the past month, both times through the drive through. Both times I’ve gone, we were directed to pull forward and wait for our food (and neither order was large). The first time I finally received my food after waiting for over 10 minutes but tonight after waiting for close to 15 minutes for 1 burger meal, 1 six piece nugget, and 1 fry we finally went inside. They seemed so confused as to what we were talking about and when they finally found our order if was incorrect and cold. Very disappointed.

I ordered a mocha and waited 20 minutes then they give me a coffee. I come back and ask for what I paid for then they give me a steam milk. I for a 3rd time and finally get what I paid for. Stupid is what stupid does.

By far the worst McDonalds in the valley. They don’t check the orders at the drive-thru, so the order is wrong 95% of the time. Make sure you keep your receipt and the ticket they give to confirm, because that is YOUR job now. When asked to correct the order to what was ordered, there is always an issue or attitude.

Save yourself the hassle, go to LITERALLY anywhere else.

paid extra money for a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon and didn’t get any bacon and the lady at the second window had attitude. The lady that came after her was a lot nicer.
