We just went through drive through and it was a girl taking this order. My dad wanted to add on but she had submitted it already which is understandable so she told us to add on at the window my dad had said alright PEACE OUT. A young white man at the window then started asking my dad if he had said she sucked at taking orders ? Trying to press a issue. I work in customer service as well and from what I know at least is that is unnecessary and unacceptable. Do better it isn’t your place to start trying to press customers. That wasnt even said in the first place for him to start trying to press a issue do better.

Wow…Super clean inside. Very helpful staff members to help you out. Ordered in the app. Super easy. Had the QP with Cheese and fries, with Large drink. Patty was seared perfectly, juicy inside. Fries came Hot and crispy. Great play area for the kids. Ok parking. Easy to see from the street.

Used the app hands us the fries and drinks and then we have to wait for quite a while so the fries get cold. Get home one cheeseburger has no bun and the other is just a bun. My husbands burger was stale. Ridiculous

Very bad service. They often make mistakes on orders, and when you return after a few minutes, they get annoyed and reluctantly serve you. They don't give me free food, so I buy it to get something good that I can enjoy. They should pay more attention to this branch.

I ordered two coffees and a few breakfast burritos to pick up to share with a co-worker of mine. I found a bunch of coffee grounds in my coffee, leaving my mouth (and my co-workers) feeling like I had just eaten sand. Some of it is shown in the picture though some of the left coffee covers it and half of it ended up in my mouth anyway. The burritos were nothing special, the taste was nothing outstanding though it was clear it was prepared very rushed as the wrapping was put in with the tortilla being folded. Please try and improve your quality. I rarely leave reviews anywhere but considering there wasn’t a rush or big line of people, the quality was very disappointing.

I did a Fathers Day vegetarian pig-out. Hotcakes, oatmeal, coffee, 2 hash browns (2nd one is $1) I usually just get oatmeal and 2 plain muffins. They need to put plain muffins and biscuits on value menu, 2nd one for a buck. Service was quick and attentive. Food good.

Really bad service, ordered through the app and they didn't want to give me my food. They wanted to make me pay again. Even tho I gave them my code and they said yeah but i still had to pay. They ended up giving me my order but food was missing, had to go back for it. Really bad attitude as well. It wasn't even busy.
