Food is great when they get it right but they'll mess your order then charge you for it when it's clearly their fault.

Really bad service, ordered through the app and they didn't want to give me my food. They wanted to make me pay again. Even tho I gave them my code and they said yeah but i still had to pay. They ended up giving me my order but food was missing, had to go back for it. Really bad attitude as well. It wasn't even busy.

Every time I order on DoorDash. I get the exact same thing. And every time I order more ranch than I had last time to make sure I get it. And Yes. IT CHARGES ME MONEY. But they either don’t give me the exact amount or none at all. If I am paying for it. Then I should get what I pay for. If this continues I’m going into the store and I will complain. I am getting sick and tired of not getting what I paid for.

Y’all suck at your job. Food was old nothing was fresh. Steak egg and cheese bagel dry as can be asked for extra sauce and onions just put a penny size squirt of sauce. This McDonald’s has always sucked just convenient to where we live. McDonald’s really needs to look into this franchise.

Been working over by this McDonald’s they can’t get a order right via said in drive though and even on the mobile app asked for plain how hard is that and can’t even get a refund 🖕🏻🖕🏻

Ordered food an hour ago through the app and have been waiting for at least 30 minutes with no sign of anyone. The point of the app was to be able to get your good before everyone else, not sit around for an hour. I would have ordered through the drive thru if I would have known they were gonna do this.

Corporate really needs to come out and retrain all staff. The food quality here is as bad as it gets. Crispy chicken sandwich & fries taste old. I do appreciate fast food workers. For the cost of this unhealthy food at least take the time to make it fresh not sloppy.
