I used to love this place but it has really gone down hill. I just paid 40 bucks for a burrito and half order of nachos with a side order of rice.My chicken burrito was stuffed with rice! I feel completely cheated! I will more than likely not Be coming back after this.

I have been going here almost 4 times a week... they gave me another person's food in WITH MY FOOD the last time I went there and are demanding for me to pay for it when it wasn't my fault and that they put it in there. They also said they are going to charge my card without my permission since I ordered a pickup order through them. Super Upsetting.. I would avoid this location...

The food is always good and they get it to you fast but the consistency needs some attention. I get a undercooked/ raw potatoe in my burrito and sometimes I get a good size burrito and other times it's small so I feel I got ripped off. The food is good

The food was authentic, but I ordered a chimichanga that arrived in less than 5 minutes, and was completely cold inside.There were only 2 of us in the restaurant. The cook turned up the music so loud that we had to shout in order to speak. We won't be going back.

I never had an issue with the Magna Betos BUT today I found glass in my burrito I opened it and found pieces of plastic glass in it! This is NOT ok!
Every single time I've gone here the food has been superb! From the chicken chimichangas, to the hot Cheetos burrito, to the breakfast burritos. All have been a great price for tasty food. I don't understand all these bad reviews on here. It seems sad that they've had to put up so many different signs explaining different things about refunds, quality of food, service,etc. I really think it's because people take advantage of any free meal they may or may not be able to get. I've been here at least 10 different times and the people are super friendly and have ALWAYS asked if I've wanted sauce. I go for that green sauce because it's always bomb! Keep up the great work guys! This gringo will be back plenty of more times. ?

I usually throw away my receipt but this place is pocketing/stealing money. I kept my recipet to check this last time for a half order of carne asada fries and a al pastor burrito. It totalled to 25.85 I check my account to see how much they charged me. It was 26.86. They're doing this on purpose. I noticed it with many other orders so now imagine a dollar extra per customer all day. Food is a hit or miss. Usually miss. Avoid this place.
