Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes and was not helped, pulled up to the window and two employees looked out and walked right past. First and last time visiting this location, if i could give no stars i definitely wouldn’t hesitate!

I had just bought my plate of food when I was told if I leave a review I would get a free antre so I did it and they didn't give me my antre they said I had to buy another plate to get it also the food at this location usually isn't fresh

Really bad management, today was the 3rd time they messed up my order and when i called about it the manager seemed annoyed and didn’t wanna do anything about it and then started acting like he couldn’t hear us. the food is subpar compared to other locations and the wait time is always x3 the amount when they’re busy.

A very bad experience of a Mexican lady, she wanted me to eat rice, I told her that my blood sugar was hurting me, she in the most vile and disrespectful way insulted me with crude and vulgar vocabulary. How is it possible that this type of worker can get a job serving clients?

My best memory of this place is when they had all but one item ready, but decided to only make the empty container up. When the missing item was ready, they were missing another item, so they did nothing. ( Heaven forbid we partially do my order). After 20 minutes and 3 cycles of missing one item, I got my stuff.

Honestly the best Panda Express I have ever dined in. The cashier has a wonderful personality and a bright smile which made me round up just so I could hear her tell me to have a wonderful day. The manager was walking around asking guests if the restaurant was too cold and to let him know if it got uncomfortable (It was 97° f outside and inside it was a wonderful 68 or less). As I was finishing my meal the cashier came up to me with a free sample of Kung Pao chicken. Bathrooms were immaculate, the trash receptacles were cleaned every 5 minutes, every table was wiped down shortly after the guest left.
Honestly the best fast food restaurant I have ever been in. I am incredibly proud of this management.
Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled
Dietary restrictions: I am anaphylactic allergic to dairy and can eat some dishes at Panda Express. The cross contamination at this restaurant is very minimal.

Worst experience ever, they couldn't get my order right, i wanted a plate but the wait for the second entree was to l long so i just got the bowl, and it was cold, the cashier tried to put my order with a previous order and charged m me 75.00 it took a few minutes to get the order correct
