We have always loved getting our pizzas here and cooking them various ways. We are, however, saddened by the lack of breadsticks. We ordered and were very disappointed to see a very measly tray of 'breadsticks' only meant for a serving of 2... Please bring back the ring of breadsticks. So much more for your money and time!

Absolutely the worst place. Called in an order for two pizzas and asked to please not add cheddar cheese to my order. The employee, she repeated my order to me and asked when I would like to pick it up, I told her as soon as possible. I headed to the store, grabbed my pizza, didn’t realize until I got home to see that there was cheddar cheese on it, my fault for not checking it before I got home… this is the second time they’ve done this and it is becoming very frustrating. They barely put toppings on the pizza and they don’t listen to their customers. Demanded to talk to the manager, and she expected me not to be upset and just head back to her store to replace it and not give any other compensation for the fact I would have to come back to have my order fixed. She told me the employee that took my order couldn’t hear me on the phone and I know that’s a lie since she repeated my order back to me. If the employee really didn’t hear me, she should have asked to clarify, but again, she could hear me since she repeated me order back to me. Told the manager I wanted to talk to the district manager because I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back to her store with out her comping my meal. Haven’t heard anything more about the situation. And don’t plan to. Worst service ever.

Why are Papa Murphys asking and pressuring customers for tips? This is a pick-up order of a non baked pizza. Pay your employees more but dont ask customers to tip on top of the cost and tax after they drove to the pizza store. I used to love this store but the prices have gone up, quality is down, and now they are asking costomers to pay tips. Appauling and rude!

Found a hair in my pizza, problem is I found it after I chopped the pizza into slices, thus I could have (and most likely did) chop that hair into smaller and smaller pieces, which were distributed all over the pizza as there is no way to know what slice of the pizza the hair started to get stuck to my cutter on. This has irreparably damaged my appetite for Papa Murphy's pizza, no going back after this oneParking: Parking sucks, but it does all along the east side of the Smith's anyways. Not necessarily Papa Murphy's fault.

Had a cowboy minus sausage and double ham and chease still seemed light on chease for spending that much extra also got peperoni asked for double pepperoni and chease still came out the same as the other light on chease even asking for
