for the last year and a half, they've been "OK" - usually prompt (faster than posted time)...but the last couple months things have gone weird...first was when it took way longer and got here cold (granted, they gave me a certificate for a free on which I had to pick up).....but now ALL OUT of Medium Pan crust? ALL OUT of breadsticks? BOTH kinds? And it doesn't tell you until you are checking out (giving payment info...if there is a charge on my card, I will scream!) Whatever....
I ordered 35 dollars in pizza, the money come out and nobody decided to show up. When I talked to the manager she said take it up with your bank. What's the point of ordering food if it doesn't show up!! Very poor coustmer service! Never will order there again.
