I have never had a problem with this pizza hut until last night. I ordered food for my kids while i was at the ER with my father and then had a doordash driver who got a flat tire. when I contacted the pizza hut who told me that I had to call door dash. after a 20 minute wait on the phone with door dash they put me on hold while they called the pizza hut to get my order replaced. they even gave me an order number and verified the address. then I got a message from a driver saying he was waiting for my food. it never showed up so I text him again and he said that another driver took my order. I called the pizza hut about 6 more times and they never answered the phone so I went into the store on my way home after being at the er for 6 hours with hungry kids at home. the manager said i never called her store and neither did doordash but gave me a refund which was appreciated. if I order from pizza hut then PIZZA HUT should have just called door dash and said they needed another driver and remade my food.they should not be putting the blame on a third party that they choose to work with and as the customer I should not have to deal with doordash unless I ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH. they are the ones who partnered with doordash not the customer. I won't be ordering from pizza hut any longer until they stop using doordash. GIVE PIZZA HUT BACK THEIR DRIVERS.

Just spent 39 minutes on the phone with the operator to order 1 pizza and I'm still not sure if they have the correct address and got the worst pizza I've ever eaten pizza was still doughy and cold Cinnabon were str8 dough and the delivery driver seemed to be upset with a 5$ tip

I told them about a deal I saw on their website. They told me there was no such deal. I paid full price and then I checked their website and there was a deal. I showed them, and they apologized and said they don't check their deals. The they said there was nothing they could do.
I ended up paying double. I am very disappointed.

Apparently Pizza Hut outsources their phone calls out of the country. It’s impossible to actually speak to anyone at the local location. 🤦‍♀️I placed an order ln the app, and I forgot to order a 3rd pizza so I was trying to get a hold of somebody at the local store so that I didn’t have to pay to delivery fee. I tried calling three separate times and the calls never get answered. Every time the person from out of the country would try to transfer me to the location at ordering for probably four minutes and then just have a busy signal. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was trying to order out of the Magna Pizza Hut.

Don’t order from this store. They skimp on ingredients. I ordered extra sauce and got a paper thin pizza. Also tried contacting the store multiple times and they don’t answer. Spent close to 30 for this and got completely screwed over.

Walked in to place a order, the employee gave a order to the door dash person and didn't even look at me and walked to back. I made myself very noticeable to him. Still didn't look my way, so I left. This is worst customer service.

I ordered online and half my order was not delivered. I tried calling the store for 30 minutes to know anwser. Customer service wouldn't help me and keep transferring me to the store. I finally drove to the store and 3 people were in there. The manager Jackie asked if I needed help. I said yes I would like the other half of my order. I said I have been calling cause I ordered delivery not an pick up. She said they don't pay us enough to anwser phones. I said well since I had to drive down here and you don't seem to care I want a refund and she said I can make the pizza and thats all I can do. Got sick of fighting took the pizza and called Customer service. They again were no help. I will not go back this is my second encounter to such horrible customer service.
