This place is great except they can’t get my order correct if their lives depended on it. Then when I call in to tell them they say they r giving me a credit but it never applies to my account and I end up paying for it all over again for them to fix their mistakes. I hate writing this bad review but I have been promised credits and remakes only to be charged more than I originally paid for the wrong order. I just wish they could get their stuff together so I could give them 5 stars. But since they can’t figure out their system or can’t read the order list correctly they can’t provide me with the correct food I pay for so I have to give them 1 star sadly.

Pizza Hut is 100x better than Little Ceasers but besides that they gave me an empty box for a White Elephant gift free of charge. Little Ceasers said they weren’t allowed to give an empty box, even if I bought something.

If I could go 0 stars I would! DO NOT order the large 3 topping pizza, unless it is for your kindergartner that doesn't care what the pizza is like! There are NOT 3 toppings, the amount of meat they put on the whole pizza wasn't enough for 1 slice! SIZEFLATION TO THE EXTREME!!!

I tried two different stores to do the online coupon from the online app and they would not receive the order. If you’re gonna give out a coupon that can only be used online. You should at least honor it off-line when you can’t use it online.

When my son went to get it the screen said it was ready. They told him that they were waiting on one pizza. We still had to wait over 20 minutes. So food was 30 minutes past when we should have been able to pick it.
Gross. Tasted like plado . Threw the pizza away
I love pizza hut, always the best
I have never had a problem with this pizza hut until last night. I ordered food for my kids while i was at the ER with my father and then had a doordash driver who got a flat tire. when I contacted the pizza hut who told me that I had to call door dash. after a 20 minute wait on the phone with door dash they put me on hold while they called the pizza hut to get my order replaced. they even gave me an order number and verified the address. then I got a message from a driver saying he was waiting for my food. it never showed up so I text him again and he said that another driver took my order. I called the pizza hut about 6 more times and they never answered the phone so I went into the store on my way home after being at the er for 6 hours with hungry kids at home. the manager said i never called her store and neither did doordash but gave me a refund which was appreciated. if I order from pizza hut then PIZZA HUT should have just called door dash and said they needed another driver and remade my food.they should not be putting the blame on a third party that they choose to work with and as the customer I should not have to deal with doordash unless I ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH. they are the ones who partnered with doordash not the customer. I won't be ordering from pizza hut any longer until they stop using doordash. GIVE PIZZA HUT BACK THEIR DRIVERS.

Horrible place to buy pizza I got a mini pizza and it had 3 hairs and I had to throw it away
Just spent 39 minutes on the phone with the operator to order 1 pizza and I'm still not sure if they have the correct address and got the worst pizza I've ever eaten pizza was still doughy and cold Cinnabon were str8 dough and the delivery driver seemed to be upset with a 5$ tip

I told them about a deal I saw on their website. They told me there was no such deal. I paid full price and then I checked their website and there was a deal. I showed them, and they apologized and said they don't check their deals. The they said there was nothing they could do.
I ended up paying double. I am very disappointed.

Ordered pizza last night for my family and ended up getting food poisoning been trying to get ahold of this franchise of this location all morning and their phone is off the hook been trying to get ahold of a manager not even corporate is answering
