They burnt the HELL out of my sandwich and the second lady seemed like she said no idea what she was doing. she had a septum ring and tattoos. she kept asking what i meant when i asked for a cookie.

I stopped here for lunch to go. Bought a foot long club on wheat and moved on. When I got to my destination 20 mins later and got to eat the sandwich, I found the bread to be stale, hard and crunchy as if were a day or two old. Definitely not fresh as they advertise.
