Went in tonight to get food and the manager CJ was amazing! I asked for extra toppings and he put EXTRA toppings!! Normally people only put a little bit extra but this time was what I asked for and wanted! Best customer service!

My family has been to this Subway many times but this last experience was fantastic! CJ was wonderful and went out of his way to make our son feel comfortable enough to speak up and make his own sandwich for the first time. He even decided to try new things on his sandwich. Our son left there saying how much fun getting his sandwich was. Definitely will be going back again thanks to CJ and his customer service.

I experienced racial profiling at the Magna Subway on 12/04 by an employee named Jacob. When I asked to add avocado to my sandwich, he told me it “cost more,” and when I replied that I could afford it, he became extremely aggressive. He began calling me and my husband “illegals” and said he would call the police so we could be deported.
This behavior was completely uncalled for, discriminatory, and unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation immediately
