We ordered through the drive through, got home found our order wasnt correct so we called and wanted to speak to the manager. We were told they weren't in so we asked who they were and the girl who answered the phone said, we can't give out that information. She then said that she would replace the missing items and we asked if she needed our name, she said, no. And then we asked for her name, and she said, I can't give that out. I asked if that was a new policy, and she said, no, it's always been this way. I'm wondering though, why in the world is bailey C's name is listed on my receipt as the cashier, if we're not handing out people's names??? There's one thing I can't stand and that's a liar!

I would love nothing more than zero stars!! Did you know they mark up your in person prices? Well, now you do! We couldn't get the app to work, and so we drove to the store. Ordered a party pack, and guess what!?!? They are up charging by $6. When I inquired, the manager was rude and said why yes, we do charge more in store, and there is nothing we will do about it. And you need no more reasons why any chain restaurants need tips when they are hired to do a job that they are so lousy at. Beware what you purchase....🤬

Went to grab a quick late dinner with daughters and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The cinnabon delights were so soft and fresh. The staff was friendly and checked on us multiple times. The manager on staff was happy and so sweet. Will go here again as often as I can!

Very rude tried to call ringed for a while finally answered and was very rude and hung up on me I will drive to a further location different franchise to get better service this location can kiss my ass.

This visit was the worst service we have ever received. We got half a correct order and half someone else's food in one bag. How do you look at the screen, see the items, pack half of them and then randomly throw in other stuff? Got the wrong drink, should have had 2 drinks. Had to ask for the 2nd drink and a correct drink. Staff won't acknowledge humans inside due to that kiosk order board crap.

I always use the app to order ahead. Food is always accurate and fresh.. the people are super kind and professional. Worth driving the extra distance to go here rather than the one closer to my work
