Went to Wendy's with my grand daughter today. Jordan took are order and had us laughing so hard, he has the best attitude there, you can tell he likes his job. He makes it so you want to go back. The car behind us was even laughing. It made it an enjoyable trip. I hope Jordan stays there he goes above and beyond treats you with respect. Thank you Jordan!

This Wendy's has had many employee changes and I have witnessed how that has impacted my experience each time. Tonight it was late and my kids wanted Wendy's! I was kindly greeted at the drive thru by young girl and ask to please wait a few mins (two cars ahead of me) Not too long of a wait then I was asked my order it was all correct the first time. Best part... On the speaker and at the window, Veronica was so respectful, polite, and friendly. Great customer service experience tonight! Food was all correct too!

I hope they can continue to hire, train, and keep a great team!

This Wendy's used to be great but now the service and accuracy of the orders has dropped significantly. Plan on waiting at least 10-20 minutes in the drive though. Seems very disorganized amd chaotic. I only go here because it's the only Wendy's on my way home.

The food is great. They don't have good hygiene. They grabe cups and the food without gloves. And cash people out without gloves and go to the food. This has happened at both wendys in Taylorsville.

Last time I went to this location, I had placed a mobile order and they gave me the wrong food. The Wendy's app has '4 4 4' deal they had a available awhile back, but the stores don't sell it anymore, it's only available in the deals section of the app, and it's my go to when my kids are whining and I am on a budget, was the case on this visit. The kid on headset was rather rude, to begin with, but even more so when I went back to have them correct my order. I told him the problem and he got an attitude about it, he said "well we don't have the 4 for 4 anymore so..." Then the shift lead cut in and directed me to the 2nd window, which was probably a good thing for the kid because my husband was livid. The manager corrected the issue, which was a missing cheeseburger since they gave me a kids meal the first time instead, but having worked in the food service industry myself, and at a Wendy's none the less, she should not have taken the mess up back through the window, it's a food service infraction, and a minor violation of Utah state health codes. Please don't judge just because I complained, this was just one bad experience amidst a dozen decent ones, it's not as if it happens that way all the time, but it did happen and should be addressed promptly.

I ordered through the app. It offered soft drinks for $1. I ordered 2 plain iced tea with no sugar. When I see the receipt, they charged me $2.99 for each iced tea. They said at the store the iced tea didn't come from the freestyle coke machine so it was not $1.00. Then I realized they gave me sweet tea, instead of plain with no sugar! I ordered bacon junior cheeseburger with no ketchup or mayo, but it came with ketchup so the kid won't eat it. They also shorted me a pretzel burger and a 10 piece chicken nuggets, which I had to go back to the restaurant to get. Didn't notice the sweet tea mix up until I got home the second time. Was not going back again to fix the tea. I went in to pick up the order and avoid the line, like they advertise with app/online orders. When I get inside to pick up and avoid the line, there are 15 junior high kids in line, with no one there to help me with the pickup. I got in the drive through line to do my pickup, but they said I had to come into the store again. They didn't even start my order until I tried to pick it up at the drive through. Sadly, I won't be going back to this location and probably not using the app again either. Things were much better at Wendy's when Dave Thomas used to make surprise visits at random stores!

I should of looked at the reviews before I came in. Our 3 frostys and large drink took 35 mins to complete! And it wasn’t even busy they literally
Only had 2 other ahead of me! They had plenty of staff just the ones they had seemed like it was their first day! Would suggest driving somewhere else for faster service

Every time I go to this location to order something they are always out of it like OJ and they say they're open by 6:00 but you get to the drive up and nobody it so I just recommend if you want a fast breakfast to go to mc Donald's

After spending 15 minutes at the front of the store waiting for my order, I went back through the drive thur to ask for a refund. This place has always been slow but this was the last straw. The Manager told me she was sorry but they were busy and the chicken I order took 5 minutes. So it was my fault it was taking so long because I ordered the chicken, I i get it. Looking at the reviews it seems like this sort of thing goes back at least 6 years. And while they were nice I got my money back and went to the Wendy's in WVC on 56th West. They are not the friendliest but I ordered, received my food and was on my way in less time then waiting for my food at the Magna Wendy's.
