Pre planned my order on the app (for a normal pick up so prices match in store, have done it plenty of times) yet when I go in and order the same thing because I was a little short on my card, the order came out to a whole $3 more for the same exact thing. Usually the app is more expensive so it didn’t make sense to me. Then the cashier proceeds to go to the back, come back to the register tell me a new price which seemed like the one I previously figured out, paid and looked at the receipt to find out he took off my frosty without bothering to mention it or try to figure anything out. I’m not very happy with my experience tonight and this is not the first time something has happened at this Wendy’s. All night shift as well

Order lunch got a spicy chicken sandwich went to bite in to it and it was rubbery couldn’t even pull it a part tried to call the phone number to let them know and the phone number on the web site is not in service

Order door dash and they didn’t give me any straws for my drinks or napkins for food. I also did not receive two brownie & cookie ice creams and 1 jr ice cream. I don’t know if they were forgotten or stolen but, expensive super poor service.

was asked to pull forward, waited for 30 minutes until everyone in drive thru behind us got their food, backed up and asked about it, then they took another five minutes, and the. practically threw it in our face!

This is two visits in a row now they’ve gotten my order wrong. They weren’t busy either visit either. I feel the employees are just not really paying attention or clarifying if they heard right, it’s frustrating. I’ll be visiting other locations instead

Most ridiculous drive through experience ever!!!!
After ordering our food and getting half of it we were asked to pull over to the doors for the rest of our order..
As we waited not once but twice a worker came to our window and tried to give us someone else food all we were waiting for was two medium fries.. they informed us it would be a minute because their fryer shut down..
So after waiting for 10 min for fries we finally got them
... but thats not the only thing.. their frostys suck! They were foamy and melty definitely more like a chocolate milk vs ice cream
So disappointed in our experience at this wendys

My PREGNANT wife went in to use the bathroom while I went through the drive-through. They told her no because it was for paying customers only, and even though she said I was in the drive-through ordering, they still denied use. Canceled my order after she let me know. I won't be coming back here ever and will let everyone I know to do the same. Pissed off doesn't even begin to describe how that made me feel hearing that. Horrendous customer service.
