I don't even know how many drinks my co-workers and I have purchased from this location. So I'm really bummed to be this annoyed of my experience. Normally I wouldn't leave a review after one bad experience. But this really bothered me!
I walk to this place from my office, so walking back empty-handed makes it worse. There were two people working. One of them said welcome in when I walked in. That person was in the back though, the person up front completely ignored me. I chalked it up to she was listening to someone on the drive-thru. But then she helped two cars without saying a word to me. Still I thought she must be really behind on drive-thru. But then someone came in behind me and within 30 seconds she asked him how she could help him. And that's when I left. Last time I'll go there!
Keep in mind no one said a word to me like I'll be right with you or sorry for the wait.

Went on a Friday at 9:00, and they informed me they were closed. If this is a normal thing, there hours need to be updated on google as it says “open until 10:00 pm”.
It’s unfortunate, because it could be such a great company. Everybody is really nice, which is hard to find in Customer Service these days so I can appreciate that. But I cannot appreciate waiting in the drive-through seven minutes and still nobody has come on to take my order. People are on their way to work, two appointments or whatever they’re trying to get you. They don’t have time to just wait around in a drive-through making them late. I went out of my way to come get a drink as a treat for myself before work. I had to drive off with no drink because nobody took my order. The point of a drive-through is Convenient and quickness. If the company wants to start getting better reviews, you should probably hire more staff that understand the urgency of their Service

Shoutout to the girl working at Fiiz on the morning of May 10th—she crushed it! Totally running the place by herself on a Saturday morning and still kept things moving with a great attitude. Super friendly, super calm, and made sure everyone was taken care of inside and the drive-through. Seriously impressive!

Listen I love this fiiz but the workers here struggle. When there are more than one car in the drive through. I’ve had to sit in the drive through for over 15 minutes and it’s not okay. I can understand having a lot of orders but, at the same time it’s always a problem when it’s one worker in the morning. It doesn’t matter when I go. I will still go to fiiz just not this location anymore which is sad because it’s right by my work. And I have place mobile orders I still have to wait about the same amount of time to get my drink even if I was to go inside when this one worker is working. I understand having a busy day and a bad day but the fact is no one wants to wait over 15 minutes to get a drink anywhere.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a few drinks but the youth inside let 3 others come in after I’ve already came up to the window and serve them before even collecting my payment. Terrible sequencing and staff
Can not multitask...they are slow after even if there only 1 car
some days the tie ice bags other days it spills cuz and that's even if they fill the bag like I pay for ....definitely goin somewhere else from now on
I got a Berry Good Doctor today and it was actually terrible 👌🏼 All I could taste was Nasty Dr.pepper with a hint of cream? I thought I was supposed to taste strawberry, cream and dr.pepper 🥴 This Fizz is the only one I ever have issues with... do better! And why are we tipping you to save kids from getting mullets? I'm confused.. no thanks ‼️ Buuuuut I will say the employees are usually very nice, respectful, and welcoming:)
I love this location! Friendly staff, I haven’t had any problems. Once I messed up and accidentally dropped my drink grabbing it from the window (that happens when you’re short like me 😅) and they made me a new one, and wouldn’t let me pay for it when I offered. It totally made my day just a little better when I really wanted my super tasty soda fix.

Should not wait 30 for a soda !!! Get it together!!! Don't go here unless you want to waste 30 minutes of your time for a drink that you can get up the street for faster quality service!
Everytime I come here I get helped right away and the staff are always friendly. Kaydence has helped me the last two times I have come and she has been great. Fiiz has some issues with gift cards and having them added to your account but with the help of Kaydence we have gotten everything paid for quickly.
I love fiiz, but this location is always so frustrating to come to. It takes ages to get a drink. Came here recently and it took upwards of 30 minutes for three drinks and one car in front of us. I’ve also had experiences with not so friendly employees. Just a frustrating place.

I ordered 2 drinks and 2 pretzels. I had driven off after I got my drinks, but one of them was wrong and I forgot my pretzels. I went back and they remade my old pretzel and my drink that was wrong. 10/10 thank you guys.
