Always delicious coffee.

Not my favorite coffee in the area but the customer service must be talked about- great job, scooters staff! I had a client meeting nearby so I pulled up for a quick caffeine spike and the staff on site was so helpful and friendly.

They had some girl outside taking orders got stuck by a car and had to talk really fast for me to get rushed through. My order was just wrong. I didn’t want a coffee and I got one and I’m NEVER coming back on a cold day with someone outside because it took FOREVER. This was bullshit because they usually are ok, but whenever someone is outside everything slows down and my drinks are made wrong. Don’t come here when someone is outside.

They gave me my iced coffee with the cup more full of ice than coffee. When i asked her to please make it with less ice they just threw out half and put more milk in it. When i tasted it, it was just iced milk. So i asked her again to remake it with less ice and how it should be. I am not paying $7+ for iced milk. It has been a couple of times where they don’t make it how it should be and when asked to remake it they give you nasty attitude.

I had a coupon in the app for a buy one get one free drink, and so did my mom and sister so we all met at scooters to use that coupon. The app was having issues and kept saying something went wrong after you clicked on it to redeem it. They would not honor the coupon, even though they saw it And they also could not get it to work, but they were trying to still charge me full price for a two drinks. Disgusting customer service and I will not be returning. I was only going because I had that coupon. Their drinks are actually mediocre at best.

Lazy kids run this place. Avoid it!
We were in the drive thru before 8pm, they took the order of the car in front of us but denied our order telling us they were closed… it was 8:00pm on the second by the time they got to us.

Stopped at Scooter’s for a quick breakfast, but the only thing quick was how fast my money disappeared. I ordered a burrito that was barely bigger than a hot pocket, yet somehow cost like I was getting a full meal. To make it worse, they charged me 54 cents for a tiny sauce packet like I was buying liquid gold. I could’ve gone to an actual restaurant, gotten more food, and still had change for sauce. Definitely not worth it for the size, price, or nickel-and-diming over condiments

Awesome coffee and smoothies.

Our family loves & supports Scooters & was so disappointed in the Management team at this location. We went to a local event here today and arrived early to order our families coffees/drinks . ( 3 of them.) After 30 mins, we started begging for our drinks after 20 plus people had their drinks that arrived after us. A younger guy that was working so hard kept begging the managers to push ours & another groups drinks, but did not find it important. We finally got our drinks ( wrong with no upgrades we paid for) after 48 minutes . Another group ahead of us waited just as long with no drinks. I understand they were busy, but to make valued customers feel this way was terrible. I work close by and won’t support this location.

Had a wonderful experience. The employee who helped me was extremely kind, made me smile and laugh while not keeping me in the drive through. And the red bull refresh was delicious!
