The food was good, but the gravy had a little too much flour. But the flavor was good. The waitress took my order and then I never saw her again until I paid. Not that I needed anything, but it would have been nice to have her check in on me. Overall, I would go again.

We traverse through Utah quite often with our last over night in Ely, NC With an early start; Milford is perfectly located for a late breakfast or early lunch. Penny's Diner fits that itch perfectly, I generally eat breakfast (even for lunch) and they have never failed to give me a well made meal that is filling and delicious. My wife may have breakfast or lunch sandwich and she has never had a negative comment. I tell friend heading to Souther UT from our area to make the slight detour to catch Milford and Penny's Diner.

We stayed at the travel lodge, and went to the diner a bunch of different times. All the staff are very friendly. They were very attentive. Food was good.
You can also order ahead, we didn't use that service. But was available.

It was a very nice place only issue was they had no chili and fryer w a s broke still costed over 17.00 plus tip. Server was nice just had to send back my burger cause way under cooked when gave back burger was told its how most people have it. The burger was amazing though

I got the Frisco burger, added lettuce, with fries. Wow was it delicious! These fries are my favorite type of fries. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! We enjoyed our meal here. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day.

I enjoyed the Great Western Cheeseburger with awesome fries. The Jalepeno poppers wer very good, too. Oreo shake was well blended. Yummy I will be back as they serve Breakfast all day.
