I started coming here since they opened this location the people are so so nice I love them all however the drink I order is the same every single time half sweet and sugar free but it is so sweet every single time! I want to have a coffee that tastes like coffee and some sweetener but every time I get my drink it’s like I’m drinking milk with a lot of sugar! I’ve altered the drink so many times to find a sweet spot but it seems like that’s impossible, I’ve tried 1/4 sweet and that was not good either, I’ve tried just using 2% milk instead of half and half and gosh it’s still too sweet! The first month I came they were making my drink right but then for some reason lately it’s been too sweet. I want to keep coming here because it’s really close to my house and I love the people but it’s not worth my money if my drink isn’t how I like it.

I would have to say every time I come through the line the way times are crazy! 10 minutes for two cars including mine? Also the girls are just mean. If there is something wrong with my drink they get upset and don’t offer to remake it. Everytime I come through I get someone else’s order or something by because I’ll order a latte and they give me a black cold brew. I’m a barista myself and I have never ever treated customers the way that they do! The flow is horrible, they never are repeating back orders to make sure that they are correct. And the customer service isn’t it. Like today for example I come in ask for a latte with sugar free flavors, she doesn’t repeat the order back to me and just takes my payment and goes to the next car. I got to the window no one greets me and they had me a dark drink. I taste it and it’s a chocolate milk. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again. I’ve tried over and over to like it but I just seems to be rude environment.

I went here for the first time today to get an Americano for my long drive. I was given a latte. I was unable to drink it due to the ingredients. I called their number for a refund, however its an answering service that doesn't lead to a human. Disappointing all around.

1st time here, went through the drive thru the wrong way 🤦♀️, clearly needed the coffee this morning. The workers were so nice about it. I didn't know what to get, asked what their favorite iced coffee was, got a brown sugar cinnamon, white chocolate with almond milk...10/10 would recommend and I usually don't like cinnamon in my coffee. Glad I gave it a try!
